what do you have to set to get it to dismount and fight back??????

Hell he will ride thru 3 or 4 mobs and when they are beating the fuck out of him he will stop and sit there on his mount and do nothing.
Is there something so say DISMOUNT AND FIGHT BACK????

 

No there isn't, this is a known bug that will hopefully be fixed in a later release.

keep happening to me, and was sometime ago, guess its know bug, i guess right now is pray the mob get you offf your mount......

 

I never really realized this problem until you brought it up just now. This gets very fucking annoying in Battlegrounds.

 

Can you tell us a spot where it consistently happens?

 

Its not really a specific case problem. HonorBuddy doesn't respond to attacks while on a mount. It will just continue its profile path as its beaten to death by attackers. This sometimes isn't a problem if you're looking to race through low level places but its a huge problem if the attacks get excessive. Its a VERY huge problem in battlegrounds when the bot just rides past a group of enemies, ignoring its teammates.

 

hawk he was running quest in westfall the first time I saw it.
He would ride thru a group and get hit and stunned by the harvesters.
He would just sit on mount. then another would come and hit him and he would just die sitting on his mount.
not sure if it was the stun or what that makes him stop.
he was a level 20 and I thought you got knocked off your mount but I guess not..maybe at higher level with hard hitting mobs.

 

I have always had it happen where the birds are in northern Hellfire peninsula, that are west of thrall'mar.

 

just saw it in Redridge Mountains. Whelp and spiders and he just stopped.. No signs of stun this time. He just stops and gets his ass handed to him.

from what I can tell when he is mounted he ignores all mobs and just rides thru them.
I was running mordd's and he was running crisp spider meat. he just rides around and thru the mobs and NEVER stops to attack a anything

 

It puzzles me how the fuck people claim they're botting 24/7 in PVP when HonorBuddy has these mount problems. No one suspects you when you're running past huge groups of enemies, ignoring them until you're dead? Not to mention the occasional stucks.

Is there some secret, good AV profile that everyone else is using?

It still ignores kill targets when its on a mount. All that plugin does is make it dismount when targeted... only for it to try to remount again.

 

For me, it occurs most frequently when HB has decided to go harvest something, like an herb or ore node. But it happens other times, like when it decides to go repair or sell.

The problem is not easily repeatable that I've found. Sometimes it has problems in an area, then later it's okay. As such, there is not one area we can point you to for repeatability.

Happening constantly on my DK. will run through mobs in pvp and do nothing, same for grinding unless I turn off "use mount"

The bold ones needs to be in your profile, else the bot will not target any mobs while its mounted!

 

There is a bug in HB (if this doesn't work). Hawker should hopefully release a new copy soon

 

There are no bug? It's just different XML code, check the wiki

 

turn off ground mount farming it fixed this problem for me!
