      whats your defintition of "warm"?
did u already clean the heatsink of your gpu? (dust)
there are certain laws of conservation of energy, u cant just get it away any component will always produce the heat ^^ - physics basics!

besides that, a temerature of 30-50?C is absolute Normal, see one of my servers Statistics:

that machine is running 6x wow with an average of 110 Watts

when using a regular atx tower i'd say a little temperature is normal

      GPU cooling is limited.

Arctic Cooling make 2 products ... Accelero Xtreme 7970 for $70 -$90 USD
      ARCTIC

a hybrid cooler, $160USD Arctic Accelero Hybrid 7970 Liquid Cooling System review - Introduction

      and then there's ...
      Bild: img_5353ifknd.jpg - abload.de with EK-KIT H3O 240 HFX

approx $400 USD for watercooling of CPU + GPU.

Before you go into making changes, just be sure that you have set up the flow fluently in the case.
Not that you are working the ventilators against eachother.

e.g. one of your casefans is flowing the air out of your system while a CPU/GPU/Bridge/HDD/Memory cooler fan wants to blow air in/on a cooling body.
If the casefan is stronger, the cooler fan doesn't get a chance to obtain enough air and thus it runs warmer than your other components.

I remember I had quite a fight with a Thermaltake case with 5 fans to make the flow go logically.
I ended up using the fan in the sideplates to take the air out, and the other 3 to blow air into the system over the several components.

Anyways I'm sure you know what you're doing ;)

It's often referred to as push and pull fans, the idea is simple enough,

you either push more air in, to create positive pressure,

or you pull air out, creating negative pressure.

If you remember that hot air rises, you can work out where exhaust should be, e.g. back, top of case, and intake should be near colder or more open areas of the room, e.g. front/side panels.

Each case design is different, typical cases with large fans installed eg 200mm, prefer positive pressure for quieter running, but they are often warmer as a result.

      positive pressure
      1. push/suck/inhale air into the case with multiple fans, and hot air will be exhausted in one place, usually at the top.

      2. Pulling air in from a single large fan, and using small, slow exhaust fans creating pockets for air at the bottom of the case with ducting or solid objects.

      negative pressure
      1. Use a passive vent, and ducted areas to extract slow moving hot air, example is a PSU fan, or video card fan. Some cases also have exhaust fans near HDD drives to pull air from warm areas, without a large fan to pull air in.

      2. Passive cooling cases, have airflow out only, several exhaust fans near the back or muffled fans to break fan noise or flow of air across the motherboard, cpu and gpu.

Most people choose quiet fans, 120mm at 900rom to 1200rpm is $3- $40, mostly cheap and effective, and can cool most PCs. smaller fans are noisier and take longer to move air around, which heats nearby devices. 200mm fans can have the same problem as small fans too, so it can be confusing.

Did you turn the speed of your fans up if there is an option? It's common in the BIOS or even Windows to be able to change them, but mine have switches for L, M, H on them and one has just L, H (low, medium, high respectively). I keep turn them up higher in the summer and lower in the winter. Also, cleaning the dust out every now and then probably helps more than anything.
