Hi, Gombot, and many thanks for the log!

One other user has reported this. The profile is trying to set your bind point at Innkeeper Gryshka. The Honorbuddy configuration may be whats causing this problem for you:
      [19:02:11.485 D] UseFlightPaths: False

      Please try turning this on:
Honorbuddy -> Settings & Tools -> check "Use Flightpaths"

The problem has not occurred in our testing, but we'll try to replicate.

@Kick, need to run some tests with "Use Flightpaths" off. If they fail in this fashion, then perhaps the profile needs to force Flightpaths on when it makes this journey.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Tigerlady3012, and thanks for the info.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to decipher meaningful X/Y/Z coordinates from the information you posted. :D
The way I'm trying to break it up...
      X="75378" Y="-3,58768" Z="9290"
... the X and Z coordinates are invalid.

If anyone else wants to try this, use the Developer Tools:
      • Honorbuddy -> Settings & Tools -> Developer Tools
      • Locate the "Local Player Info" grouping
      • Double-click on the "<0, 0, 0>" text
This puts a <Hotspot> entry in your Honorbuddy scrolly window
      • Cut-n-paste the created hotspot from the scrolly window into a post
      • Thanks!
And thanks again for trying, Tigerlady3012.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Rayz, and thanks for the report and log.

Alas, profile execution is suspended when Honorbuddy decides to make a sell/mail/repair run. Thus, the profile cannot issue the directives necessary to tell Honorbuddy how to enter such areas.

Superficially, we could probably remove the vendors and mailboxes in this area. The idea is to force Honorbuddy to "go somewhere else" for these services. However, Honorbuddy is too smart for this. If you ever go through this area, Honorbuddy will notice the services available from the vendors and add them to its database if you've got "Find Vendors Automatically" turned on.

The problem is even worse than that. If you ever had "Find Vendors Automatically" when you went through the area on any toon, then the services are added to the database. These 'database additions' are outside the purview of the profile. Also, once the entries go in the database, there is no way for a profile to remove them.

In short, this is an Honorbuddy design problem. You may submit your issue to the Feedback for Honorbuddy Improvements thread to see if the development team can address the issue. But, this is not an easy or quick turn repair, even if they choose to address it.

It would be possible to write a plugin to solve this problem. But that is far beyond the scope of the profile pack.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Why doesn't it mount 1/2 the time when doing Isle of Thunder dailies? Looks real bot like. never had this issue before with any other of the profiles.

Hi Mario27, and thanks for the report and log,

@Kick, can you give this a look. I don't see anything suspect, except immediately following it is the "Investigate the Wreckage" quest objective that many people have reported problems with. Its about line 2211 of v2448 of the profile.

The puzzling thing is the log states this is the profile goal:
      [02:28:45.760 D] Goal: Moving to <-772.7415, -3193.571, 91.69006>

However, I can find no corresponding "RunTo" or equivalent in the profile.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi again, NEwboy, and thank you for the fresh log!

Alas, its the same failure mode:
      [07:30:50.274 D] Changed POI to:Type: QuestPickUp
      [07:30:50.899 D] InteractDebug:134758420
      [07:30:50.946 D] Interact Done:134758420
[07:30:55.165 D] Cleared POI - Reason Quest Completed
      [07:30:55.165 D] Cleared POI
      [07:30:55.837 D] Changed POI to:Type: QuestPickUp
      [07:30:57.415 D] InteractDebug:134758420
      [07:30:57.478 D] Interact Done:134758420
[07:31:01.337 D] Cleared POI - Reason Quest Completed

If you are certain you cleared the caches correctly, what's going on is not a failure of the profile, but a failure of Honorbuddy. As such, this should be reported to the Support forum. Be sure to show them the log, and cite the article for clearing caches, so they know you followed the proper procedure. Otherwise, you're just going to get asked to do it again. :D

cheers & sorry we were unable to get you going,

Hi, Sin702, and thanks for the logs!

Your Honorbuddy installation is damaged, and you need to do a 'clean install'. You can find all the instructions for succeeding at it here:

Follow the instructions carefully, and you should be off and away.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Honorbuddy is having issues communicating with your WoWclient. Please try rebooting your machine. If that does not repair the problem, make a post into the Support forum regarding this issue (with a fresh log). Your problem is not with Kick's profiles.

      Hi Mario27,

Many thanks for the report and log.

Due to your report, it looks like Kick has repaired this issue in v2448 of the profile.

      Hi, Chucky30,

There is an issue with summoning Teng Applebloom on the Horde side at the moment. We know this to be an issue since the 5.3 drop, and will need to get toons back in the area to resolve the issue.

To work around the problem, go back and chat with the NPC to spawn Teng Applebloom. Complete the quest manually, turn it in, and restart Honorbuddy. Sorry for the inconvenience.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      @Kick,
Teng Applebloom problem (again!) with the "Priorities!" quest.

If you are certain you followed the compete cache clearing procedure, then this is an Honorbuddy problem, and needs to be reported to the Support forum. They will need to see your full log. Also, if you don't want to have them send you back through the cache clearing procedure, you should link them the procedure you followed to clear it.

Your problem is not related to Kick's profiles, and this thread will be unable to help you regarding this issue.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Alas, this problem is not a profile issue. The profile has instructed Honorbuddy to turn in the quest if its in our log and complete. However, Honorbuddy is having problems carrying out the directive.

This could be a symptom of cache corruption, and might want to try clearing your caches. The explanation and remedy for cache corruption is described int his article:

In any case, the Support forum was the correct venue for your problem. The profile is issuing the correct directives, but Honorbuddy has failed to execute them correctly.

Thanks for the concern and trying to get the problem in front of the right people. Alas, the profile is not the source of this problem, and has no power to correct it.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Tataros, and many thanks for the log.

This log shows you having problems moving, and not what you describe (attempting quest pickup in Hellfire).
[10:50:23.218 D] Activity: Moving to loot target 'Fenclaw Thrasher' (distance 20.6818046569824)...
      [10:50:23.219 D] Could not generate path from {641.6529, 7024.463, -28.06042} to {630.1689, 7040.702, -33.73253} (time used: 0 milliseconds) @ FindStartPoly

From your problem description, the only thing that comes to mind is corrupted caches. Just to be certain they are properly cleared, please follow the procedure outlined here:

If you are not off-and-away, please make a post into the Support forum if the symptoms remain. Also, please try to capture the log where its running back to Hellfire in making that report.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Mrmixx,

The only thing we can help you with is the immediate issue contained in your log. Your log also shows problems accessing Teng Applebloom to conduct the quest.

Please see our post to Chucky30 regarding this issue.

If you have issues, there's no way we can help you with them if you don't report them. Most of the time, its simply dumb stuff like cache corruption (which is outside the profile's control). Sometimes, its profile issues, malfunctioning plugins, or WoWclient bugs. But, you gotta ask to get them cleared up.

      cheers,
      chinajade
