TheBrodieMan's Leveling Questing Do-er Thingy!​

Questing project to create diversity between questing profiles. As we all know Kick's profiles are manna from heaven. With the addition of Cava's profiles, we now have 2 great sets up and available. As a 3rd option to complement the great work they have done already, I am piecing together a 3rd pack of profiles that, after researching their two styles, combines the best of both worlds, along with a few of my personal touches, and some different paths of questing in order to not have the big train of questbotters all following each other!

How To Install:

1) Download BrodiesPlugin.zip at the bottom of the page.
2) Drag and drop the files up from zip directly into Plugins.
3) Run HB
4) Click the Plugins button, and click on "TheBrodieMan's Compendium" check box.
4a) HB may pause for up to 3 minutes if it needs to download files. This is normal. Let it be.
5) If the plugin or Quest Behaviors are updated, the plugin will have you restart HB. Do so now.
5a) PLEASE NOTE: Since Profile Swapper and Pandaria Dailies V2 are now part of this plugin, don't forget to TURN THEM OFF before starting.
6) Once HB is up, the plugin is on, and downloaded, click on Plugins, TheBrodieMan's Compendium, then Settings.
7) Select what it is you want to do and hit the start button next to it!

-- If you stop the bot while in a vehicle, Singular will hang movement if you restart the bot in vehicle. Profile will drop vehicles if you restart, but MAY require 1 extra restart.

-- Morbent Fel - Unable to path thru final room, awaiting mesh update.

-- Mob density high. My result in deaths for classes with no self heal (yet)

Hillsbrad Foothills
-- Issue with bot attaching when Lilith is your companion: If you have the SI:7 Operative Transform aura, bot will not attach to WoW. Leave area, remove aura, attach and start.

Goblin Starter
-- Mesh issues in Kezan (Gallywix's Party Area)
-- Mesh issues in Lost Isles (Town in a Box, Surrounding areas to Town-In-A-Box)

Azshara
-- Cannon Control not available for quest needed. Awaiting QB updates, said quest must be manually done. (UPDATE COMING)

Silverpine Forest
-- Cannon Control still sucks. Awaiting QB updates (UPDATE COMING)

Mulgore
-- Elevators - May get stuck going down, doesn't recognize bottom. Move bot and will catch on quick.

Pandaren Starter
-- Lesson of the Balanced Rock - Sometimes will not attack trainies
-- Unwelcome Nature/Small, But Significant - Mobs will cause massive deaths here. Almost unavoidable, but eventually finishes (if below Lv10, no money loss)
-- An Ancient Evil - If you die, won't rez/release, won't get credit.

Bloodmyst Isle
-- The Kessel Run - Blackspots added, but may dismount if stuck, making the run long, but should still complete (timer)

Death Knight Starter:
-- An End To All Things... - Will take a very long time to kill catapults. Consider doing manually.

Thanks for this profile.
I have a problem with:
The Ultrasafe Personnel Launcher - Quest - World of Warcraft
It doesnt use the launcher, but just go and try to hand in the quest.

 

That's odd that it skipped over the "MountVehOnly" command to use the cannon altogether. There is absolutely no mention of it In the log, skipped due to quest completion (which obviously it isn't) or otherwise.
Fitted it with a while loop but that's really bad form, since I can most likely see it running back to use again at least once...

 

So this is 1-90?

Would you say better than the other 2 profiles?
Asking because i dont know which one to use.

 

Presently this profile set only covers the areas listed on Post 1. The project is only 1 week old so far. I would recommend either other set to use, as both have strengths and variety. Mine will not claim to be better, only an alternative quest order for variety.

The plan is to support 1-90. Progress will be shown on Post 1, in the form of 10 level increments.
I hope to make this 99-100% AFK. Emphasis on hope. This is a huge undertaking with only 2 clients testing at a time on my end (until I can get a bigger computer).
Also...as a bonus...I am converting my profiles as I go (10-60s) from leveling to Loremaster. This is a side step, again, not the primary goal, but you can follow Loremaster Progress on my Compendium page.

 

awsome ye because i make money in wow with questing and not gatherbuddy i make evry 6 days 15 to 17k gold with a few accounts im not using gb2 to make money since its risky and even with own made profiles i always just lvl up my profession for my mains to make epics things for raid guild and its annoying that you need to monitor the quest bots because of the bugs i just wanna go on xbox or do something els and not have to watch the bots all the time

 

With all the downtime to HB in the last few days, and that I'm on vacation, I've been able to blind code most of the starter areas. I used Nesox/Kick's DK starting area profile, with some small clean up, but all of it needs to be tested before I submit it. Hoping beta/stable will be up soon, but I probably won't be releasing any of said code until stable is up. Big updates coming though!

I loaded up the latest beta this morning along with your profile and it's working very nicely.

 

I am excited about this The more the merrier!

 

Have the following problem. When I select them changer several fractions in the profile and then start the dayli Grind it off at each floor and flying mount quest. Then runs forever quest to quest area of territory. He also switched from looting and skinning!!

 

Umm...this is a leveling profile. Not a dailies set.
Please post dailies issues to the dailies forum along with log files.

 

cant get it to work ;-( sometimes hb crashes instant when i select the profile, or i get spammed with compile errors ;-( hope u can help me

First, you are using beta. I do not support beta with any of my profiles. They are all tested and working under v573.
Your issue is with QBs unrelated to my profiles, but probably from my SVN (most are from development). I recommend not using them under beta unless you use all, including changes to the core. Moreso I recommend using Release.

Got a Question regarding the "Quest Behaviors". I update via theBrodiemans doer thingy via SVN and copy paste the quest behaviors (QB) over to the Honorbuddy QB folder and I update Kicks and see new QB's there, are they the same QBs I got via theBrodiemans SVN? or do I keep a folder for the theBrodiemans a folder for Kicks and the default folder?

im using Honorbuddy v2.5.7248.625, im pretty new to the forum and apologize for a lack in etiquette. but when i load this profile, your daily profile, or vego's profile hb stops responding and crashes with spammed compile errors. im running it on questing. ive had the necessary pluggins going when applicable. refreshed the install (by deleting and redownloading [still Honorbuddy v2.5.7248.625]).
