I'm sorry as HB down for a few day and I can not test and analyze your log. Can you please give me your log on the newest encounter with the newest HB release and your setting, I think I can figure out the reason from there.

New update, complete rewrite the Renewing Mist and Uplift logic, also minor improvement. You guy should see increase healing done (uplift now act faster mind your chi/mana regen setting)

Sorry my damn guild pve progression is slow :S BTW have you tried new uplift logic, it work a lot nicer for me.
you dont need to have guild progression to have it. Just LFR gives the same chance to drop secrets of the empire and get your meta. BTW the principle is simple: if meta gem procs, monk have to chain spam surging mist with glyph of surgin mist until the proc fades. In that way we heal ppl who needs heals, or just generate free chi The proc is called Clearcasting Trigger (spell ID # 137248)
I'm having problems with renewing mists. The cr is not using the skill on cooldown. I'm having to use it manually. Already did a clean installation honorbuddy, but nothing has changed. This problem appeared after the last patch 17055. Im using Tsatsa configuration for tot.
