so, basicly i am doing the same stuff, 8 toons with all random generated profiles.
as far as i've seend and read those profiles really do not trip the lcp detection, whats your personal opinion?

 

Hey this is cool. I like the idea of selling gold and running AH/Bots for money.

What random generated profiles do you speak of, Mkay1337? I am leveling a toon to gather. To avoid high NPH and whatnot i am just doing a non paladin/dk/druid/tauren and only going for 280 flying. My plan was to use alc with the herbs for flasks and just sell ore.

Looking for some advice on what to do with the ORE and what might be more profitable then ALC for the herbs?

Thanks. I am also on a high population server so i have no plans of running the AH and i only need to bot a few hours a week to get enough mats to make stuff and just sell over a week.

I am glad you like it

First, try to keep yourself away from SOR accounts; Blizzard are much after these accounts because they know that quite often is not the rightful owner making use of the account. This will result in a problem for you, as they likely will ask for proof that you are the rightful owner.

Right now, there have been much talk about the LCP Detection, and I'm quite sure that this is how Blizzard has taken us in gathering. However, there are a solution to this in the MoP zones and it is just that you only use a profile once and only for around 5 runs (1h)! This means, of course, a lot of work to have new unused profiles (not public) all the time, but our dear friend Roboto have a solution for this! Search "rndbuddy Roboto" on Google, and you will find the tool

With regard to computer, you do not need a super strong one. I am running six bots in WoW and two in D3 and can easily sit and watch movies on Netflix and code simultaneously without problems, on a reasonably good computer. Just be sure to put your FPS in game to 20 when it is not selected. My computer is around 50% CPU usage when running.

No, they will not!
Simply because you do not use the same profile more than once.
Just be sure not to run a profile for more than around five runs. This will not trigger the LCP detection, because the server simply cannot learn your path that fast.

I have now been running these profiles for around a week now, and yeah I really cannot say for sure at the moment, but I am almost quite certain that these profiles does not trigger the LCP! I have on four farmers only gotten one banned, and that one only for 72h! If it was an LCP trigger, they (Red. Blizzard) would defiantly have given it a perm ban!

Just use the Jewelcrafting shuffle. Prospect>make rings>sell to vendor and keep green, purple and orange rare gems to use by an Alchemist to transmute into Primal Diamonds. This will give you the most out of your Ghost Iron Ore

With the herbs, I myself don?t want to waste my time, so atm. because they have change the vendor price on shoulder enchants, I only sell them on AH/private buyer.

I've been running 3-4 bots. But I keep getting stuck with so many herbs, because buyers only wanna give 10g/stack - I make flasks of everything they wont be sold. I simply get too many herbs, trying to do some shoulder enchants aswell. Do you have any suggestions here?

Are the 3-4 bots on same server, and are they all farming? If they are, you have your first problem there, because there simply are too many herbs to sell on one server, when there also are other sellers.
Are the server you are on low or medium populated? If it are, you maybe should start on a new more populated server
Yeah sure, you can make flasks and shoulder enchants, but the flasks I would not do, simply because Golden Lotus seems to sell better

Overall I need more info to give a better answer, but if it as I think, you simply have too many farmers on one server

 

3 are on the same server. Farming herbs and ores. Ores I prospect, making gems, rings and DE = enchants. However, is it way better to do meta gems instead? I tend to end up with too much enchanting mats for my server. It is on a high populated server. Atm im only mining as herbalism is pretty not worth it for 10g/stack.

Any suggestions or good advices how to boost my income?

With your herb problem:
As I said before, 3 are simply too many on one server atm. If I were you, I would start on another server, where herbs are selling for 30+/stack. No problem on my servers, and they are high populated. Else I have no idea, cuz flasks and shoulder enchants sells too low and too bad.

You are doing the shuffle way too wrong!
Use the right jewelcrafting shuffle and you get the most out of your ores (Prospect ore/make rings/sell uncommon to vendor and disenchant rare, keep rare green, purple and orange gems to make primal diamonds with a transmute master alchemist and sell on AH. In this shuffle I get around 95g/stack ore on my servers.

 

Ah shit, may have lost too much gold on my way, I always ended up with hundreds of enchanting mats which I couldnt sell
What do you do with your spare gems, since I doubt you'll get rid of all by making rings. Transmuting them to rare gems and then to metas or?

We are talking about the uncommon gems? Lets say I have lots of blue one week, maybe I get lots of red next week, and green the week after that, then just keep them, it is totally random what gems you get when prospecting But if you get thousands of one colour gem, just sell the shit to a vendor, too much time to do something else

 

Yeah indeed. Anyways, I should maybe find another server to bot herbalism atleast!

After the bannwave in April 2013 i lost about 12 accounts and stopped botting.
Now i decided to start again slowly ( farming gold for my main account ).

 

Hmm what is price for "green, purple and orange rare gems and Primal Diamonds" on your servers in AH?

I do not sell green, purple and orange gems, I get more gold by transmuting them into Primal Diamonds. On the two servers I am botting on atm. Primal Diamonds sell for ~550g uncutted and ~650g cutted.
