LazyBoxer BETA, have at it!

This isn't starting for me on 2 different bots. I set the settings on both the leader and follower, hit start on both characters and nothing happens.

You need to be more descriptive in what you are doing, how have you setup the leader, what botbase and settings. Likewise for the slaves.

The log gives messages about Singular not supporting your warrior inside instances, that's all it shows.

My house was all but destroyed by the quakes. Can't use the lounge room and the master bedroom. Still waiting for our EQC payout so we can look at rebuilding.

Here comes a retarded question: i run 3 accs, is it possible to run my dps as main then have the other 2 healing me or doing dps aswel?

fpsware, does this botbase use an always on frame lock? I get the same video stuttering with your botbase as I do with all the others when frame lock is left on.

No issues beyond that so far.

 

Not in the latest build. There is some frame lock, but its intermittent and mostly around gathering and such.

 

Gotcha, well that's my only feedback so far. I'm running Tyrael on my master account and yours on my slave accounts, they just seem to have that stutter when the logic is passed from the botbase to the cc.

anyway to add a pause or have the main non follower pause at a quest giver before beelining off? most of the quests don't get accepted by the follower. otherwise it seems to work perfectly. Of course this is using the leader via questing botbase for RAF which I know isn't supported. I figure people are crafty and have already ran up against it so if a work around is available...... or if you plan to make it function properly with questing botbase in the future. This is SO CLOSE to what we have all been looking for for ages. In one day you nearly wiped out the need for jamba addon god bless.

As long as the main character is targeting the quest giver the slaves with interact with it. Its when you unselect the quest giver that the salve goes running off to do other things. Also there are some quest where the botbase does not collect them properly, I'm not sure why. Its on the to do list.

 

Therein lies the issue then. When running the questbot it accepts quests and runs off so fast it's ridiculous. Lazyboxer barely has time to GET to the giver let alone accept. I guess perhaps the proper question is can a delay be added in quest botbase or configured on the user end to have him pause before bolting?

Either way I'm glad to here it's in the works. You have done something amazing here. Easily a huge leap forward for the botting community. If there were a Nobel prize for botting this years would be going to YOU!

(Or if there is a way to have lazyboxer slave follow through to master/leaders last target?)

 

From my point of view this is a non issue. Simply put you are using it in a way that it has not been designed for, putting aside for the moment that it partially works, it's primary design is so you can play your main by hand (or LazyRaider type of bot) and the slaves follow and assist you.

Even if LaxyBoxer were to continue to pickup / turn in quest at the last quest giver there is still an issue with some quests that it is not automatically picking up / turning in (bugs).

 

Yea I know (as stated). Still it's no secret people are looking for a semi afkable way to run questbot RAF and this is like teasing that crowd. It's the closest thing that we have had to it. What it does is great, and I have used it the other way (which it works perfect) but that goes without saying, unless you have some personal vendetta against questbot why wouldn't you "want" to incorporate a feature that people want? Don't get me wrong, either way it will be used by many, I for one would rather I have to intercede once in awhile on the bugged quests (just like you have to with questbot) than have to pick up basically every quest and re sync the toons up. Is a checkbox or toggle or (if it can be added without the need for one) that has the slave stick to the last target until it has accepted the quest (or a toggle/code to have the master wait) possible to be added in the future? Or is it too much work or not of interest to you so I should quit wasting time on the idea?

For a truly RAFable quest bot it would need to be written into Questbot itself. There are far too many quests that require custom behaviors to work properly. I understand where you're coming from and the ultimate product you want, but I don't see LazyBoxer being that product.
