Hello again, bot is questing but will not vendor/mail/repair when bags are full and armor needs repair. Will mount traveler's tundra mammoth but won't repair or vendor.

 

May I make a suggestion? Is it possible to ad a "Don't show me this again" on the dialog box that pops up every time you start the bot with Kick's profile loaded?

 

Compile error, quest behavior

I get an error when i try to start when ever i "activate" the bot. check the logs for info.

Get it will all profiles.

It looks like "A Gift For Fiona" is one of those either/or quests. Its sister quest "Greasing the Wheel" is already done by the profile pack.

v2513 of the profile pack should have the correction. It was a 'blind edit', as we don't have toons in the area to actually test this at the moment.

Yes, these profiles are updated every few hours. Here's the changelog:

The big time sink is getting toons back into areas with problems, so we can reproduce problems or rework changes Bliz has made. Sometimes, its not just the quest, but changes that have been made to Combat Routines, or quirks with particular classes (shape-shifting classes, or pet classes are always throwing some sort of wrenches). Sometimes its issues with too many players competing in a given area due to the new cross-realm zones.

So, its not just a simple matter of getting a toon into the testbed, but getting the problematical toon type into the testbed, or with the particular conditions that cause the problem.

Kick has other responsibilities its not my place to discuss. My time is also split helping other profile writers (like Botanist, Cava, TheBrodieMan, and others), and creating/updating/repairing quest behaviors. We are spread thin, but the profiles are updated regularly. Obviously, I also spend a lot of time helping people in the forums, which takes time away from fixing things. Not complaining at all-it is what it is.

If you do an analysis on all the posts that come into Kick's thread, you will see that a good 80% of them are user errors, or Honorbuddy installation issues. Examples include:

• Misconfigured mounting, mail recipients, food/water quantity issues
• Improperly installed plugins, combat routines, bots, and quest behaviors
• Users failing to install the updated quest behaviors provided by Kick
• Corrupted caches
• Navigational (or "stuck issues") issues
• Exceptions being thrown due OS/driver/DX issues
• Misunderstanding about how the profiles are designed, or are supposed to work

None of these things are problems with the profile. We're not claiming the profile pack to be "bug free" by any means. But, a large number of issues posted in this thread have absolutely nothing to do with the profile. Despite this, we help anyway when we can without needlessly shuffling people to the Support forum. We send people to the Support forum only when it looks like the issue will require multiple post exchanges to resolve.

If you have problems with which you need assistance, you will need to attach your full log that captures the issue.

Honorbuddy is trying to do a Vendor run, but something wrong with your Honorbuddy installation is causing problems and throwing exceptions.

The Vendor & Repair runs are not controlled by the profile, and you should make a post into the Support forum regarding this issue.

Alas, neither the profile, nor the Quest Behaviors, have facilities for implementing the feature you request. By and large, profiles are 'stateless', meaning that all the information to make decisions is obtained directly from the WoWclient, and there is no way to 'remember' things like "the user has seen this dialog box".

If you find it too annoying, just comment out the offending

<CustomBehavior File="UserDialog" ... />​

in the profile.

Without a log, we can't see which profile in the pack might be causing this offense. There are over half-a-million lines of profile code, and we're not going to brute-force such a check when a log can tell us exactly where to look.

I'm going to guess that Kick's done his homework on the profiles, and you've got something wrong with your Honorbuddy installation. My guess is your Honorbuddy is throwing exceptions when its trying to go to Repair. There is an example of this already, in this same thread.

You should make a post into the Support forum with your full log that captures the issue, the next time you see this happen.

This is not a problem with the profile pack.

Quest: Resonating Blow

Toon use the Hammer and move up the Rocks, but thats all. Doesnt move near the Dragon and doesnt fight. Log spams a Singular msg.
When i move my Toon near to the Dragon to start the fight, he just move from Rock to Rock but doesnt Fight against the Dragon.

 

I was on quest Father footstep in townlong stepp. My char didn't do anything on stair, and next to the quest object, here are logs.

kk here you go, i let it run for a while so i can get reported by the horde camping there, i just dont understand why it sits there, im not the only one because theres horde sitting there too with the same problem

With me no longer works with the current version 2.0.11 Lazy Raider. The base is not detected and therefore is not selected. I have specially made ​​a completely new installation, but caused no change is made. Is there a new version or others have the same problem.

hat einer eine Ahnung warum mein Druide in den LFRs nur ca 8 k Hps f?hrt. Hab schon versucht was umzustellen, weiss aber nicht wirklich wie?

Was habt Ihr so f?r HPS zahlen mit dem Bot ?
