[Plugin] Stop dumb zig-zagging as you head towards a node.

I got wisper about that xD Other druid asked me why I am doing that xD

Well, at least you got a whisper about that. He would more than likely report you if you had stayed in birdform zig-zagging if he was watching you anyways
There is no silver bullet solution. Either you come out of bird form for every herb or you don't. I can't tell which are under/near rocks or trees

I play on a PvP server and so does the drood i had testing. Best answer, if you also play on a PvP server, would be so your ready for gankers. If you play on a carebear server just say you want to be ready for any mobs you can't see. Fail newb player is usually the best defense. Leave ego/pride at the login screen when botting I would prefer people i don't know to think i am just a shitty player than a bot any day.

 

So I edited it to only do it with Mining nodes. I notice it dumps flight form like it's supposed to (have it set to 10 y but seems like it's doing it a lot closer) and then it re-shifts into flight form and then un-shifts again to do the actual mining. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this.

Hmmm, sounds like an HB issue. Like it's not seeing you're close enough to mine so changes back into birdman form then realizes you are. Post a fresh log and will have a looksie. Not sure but 99.99% sure it's a HB/connection/latency issue.

 

I got dismount all over the place with this one. So cant use it. But the BIG question is, why have HB not fixed this shit by now? Can spot a bot from miles away with that zig zaging. Its not like it just happen. Actually someone tried to convince me that it was not the HB`fault it was my profile. Who clueless can you get. Okay I can make a profile that does not zig zag, but its emty! ^^,

i'm using a megaprofile-all pandaria-profile, i'm able to bot for about ~12hours per day, without getting whispers or stucks, and i have always very high node-per-hour-rates

i might even thought about, that the recent detection method was unable to detect my character, due to this plugin, cause a friend of mine, received 2 ban's with the same profile, but without using your plugin..

i'm botting for about 1 1/2 years now, and was never able to uphold a single account for that long, i think your plugin is a huge enrichment for safety use and more-efficient botting-results !!! hands up

im using herbing&mining on tauren-druid, and have set the dismount range to 8 yards

one enhancement-request: could you update the plugin, so that the toon also dismounts if it wants to loot mobs? i have looting mobs turned on, and sometimes it zig-zags around, cause it flies too fast away, so it can't loot the mobs

 

This does work for both herb and mining nods right?

on my dk there is a problem, he mount on and after that he dismount. that a annoying repetition,

 

My bots often commit suicide while using this plugin I even lowered the distance

As far as the looting goes. That's a HB issue. It's not seeing the mob is lootable until your mounted. If i get time i will try and see what i can do...no promises though
Anyone else that's having an issue, post a fresh log and i will take a looksie. There is no way you should be suiciding i.e. losing all your health by dismounting. Or just dismounting all the time for no reason.


Hmmm, lemme re-phrase last sentence. it *may* do dismount/mount/dismount if a node is near say a waterfall or a small hill and you overshoot so your far away, it gets close then dismounts and slides down a hill or somesuch. To this i have only one answer i'm afraid. Write your own profiles that don't go near those kind of places. I would suggest writing your own profiles anyway just because. Or at least editing ones you get here in public or the random created ones from Robos site Like i said before, this isn't a silver bullet or perfect but it *IS* a hell of alot better than GB2 is atm.

With a little practice and watching a few runs you can see where it fails and just edit the path. Never-ever-ever-ever run a profile afk without watching it for at least 3 or 4 full runs regardless if you use this plugin or not.

 

Added code to loot as soon as combat ends or during combat if more than one mob. BLATANTLY and unashamedly stole code from BadWolf and Inrego from the excellent combatloot plugin. If this is an issue lemme know ;p ;D

Haven't tested it so try it out and lemme know if it works/doesn't work.

 

Got two suggestions i think many would appreciate as druids that is.

1st)
Let druids use innervate ability when their mana is below 40% this help us not to get stuck all the time since we use mana to go into fly form. Can be used every 3 minutes, and we cannot use it while in fly form(unless like i do cancel fly form innervate and quickly do fly form again) so i suggest check if on ground first .

2)
When we as a druid dismounts in the air and land too far away from the ore/herb it will go into fly form again and yet again look foolish and scream bot, since some times not enough mana to get in flight form or just do odd behaviors(like fly form,dismount,jump fly form,jump, jump jump, and when it finally is done with all that, it goes back to the mine/herb to find out that 20seconds has passed and it will be blacklisted and yet again start all over lol with the jumping and mana very low.

So i suggest you make loop code like this: fly > spot ore/herb > dismount 30 yards > check and see if we are under 50 yards away from the ore/herb run to location and mine/herb > if it takes more than 4 seconds to run those 50 yards or less yards then fly form and fly it location again > if further away than 50 yards do fly form.

I know my suggestions will look a lot like a human, since this is actually how the most of do when we farm manual

 

If you don't want to manual edit the settings in the file, here a version with a GUI to adjust settings.
