      Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
      Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.


      tracert auth3.buddyauth.com
      tracert auth2.buddyauth.com
      tracert auth4.buddyauth.com
      tracert buddyauth.com

      Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.

      Got this replay from Tony: "we are on it,we will release a build that fixes it"
      So, let's just wait guys and hope they fix it as soon as they can. :)

      got the same problem, i even dl again from the website the new bot but still stays
      [10:55:23.953 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.7284.634 started.
      [10:55:24.494 N] Logging in...
      [10:55:24.548 N] Authentication failed!
