My main account got banned this morning. I'd love it if someone could reply or direct me to a post explaining how the appeal process works and what I should do next. Thanks!
Yep, you need to explain the circumstances but in MY case I just replied back intelligently and stated I was tending to some rather real life issues and had some problems with lag as well as weather, so any issues that arouse could have circled around that and they unbanned me. In my case I was just using kick's leveling profile stuff and actually was there but went to the bathroom for a second to come back to a happy little permaban. Talk about frantic.
Dont use the bot on an account you cannot afford to loose. better to pay the $25 to transfer the toon than to loose everything you had.

Baffles me that you would spend the time in your day to make useless unproductive posts. Or that you would generalize account action to the character of a person. Thanks though!
Not trying to be mean, just make a point. When you play with adults, act like an adult. I did generalize account action to the character of a person, and im sure others did also. As you can see no one jumped the gun and offered to help you with an appeal.
Well then let me give more detail. The /y spam was when I was lagging around org for 30 minutes without DCing and I was hitting several buttons including a macro for /y that I had which apparently posted on the server but not on my lagged out game. The character names I had changed were getstupid on a RPPVP server where apparently you have to have an RP name..so when it was flagged I just changed it to getstupider..then blizz just randomized it... Not exactly the most childish instances, but blizzard doesn't seem to differentiate.
i was banned this morning as well. I just said i suffer from depression and rely on wow to keep me happy. I said it like a story trying to make them feel bad for me. Now i have a 72h suspension.
