I would. Just find a lawyer who is actually open minded and wanna make some millions out of blizzard. If you actually convince them to pay % of the compensation for your lost this would be perfect. But yet, you need evidence.

Blizzard has not detected and caused a mass banwave by scanning your computer in a long time. It was common a few years ago with other bots such as openbot, mmoglider and even mmomimic. When hb first started gb was a standalone product and was detected but I cant remember if if this was due to warden or not. Blizzard can detect hb by these methods, that is why hb has a tripwire to prevent banwaves caused by this type of detection.

Actually, some people have done that already. Blizzard used to back in the time, to actually scan outside of World of Warcrafts memory space, however when this was discovered hell broke lose for Blizzard. There is alot of information with a few google searches on this, Blizzard were forced to limit their memory scans to only WoW itself due to all that was going on. There would be no need to hire a lawyer now, as there is nothing illegal going on. Thinking that Blizzard would make the same mistake again, to risk what they have already gone through is a naive. Besides, several people have debugged the client to see what is being scanned for, which is how Honorbuddy also avoids being detected when injected into World of Warcraft. Almost any World of Warcraft bot also has a killswitch build in, in case that Warden should somehow catch it which means your bot would be shut down prior to detection.

Anyway you can read through here for some of it, also includes some good links when reading through: Blizzard is scanning the memory for Bot software names - Page 3

All the evidence you need is out there already, however it won't be in your favor.

I tried to find the "Hell broke lose for Blizzard" part on goolge, didn't find anything. Nothing related to a lawsuit, sue, etc. Merely few pages forum discussions which led to nothing. So where exactly are you getting this from?
