Blood DK's have like 99.9% no downtime. Damage is pretty good too. You can certainly take on a ton of mobs and not die. Not even come close.

Affliction locks have ridiculously high DPS tho. Mages I would say come a close second.. but not with any of the current routines (my opinion).

I use PQR for end game raiding. HB CC's can't touch this dps, at least for feral.

using pqr for my shadow, even if the sp dmg rly sucks in 5.3 it's enough for rank 1 in lfr's with low gear.

My friend, with your ilvl you should know better about ferals dps range.
My dps varies between 132k and 174k on a dummy if i do 50m dmg. One run is so worthless, you just cant compare anything.

Also you are using Lazyraider and not Tyrael. :p

Aaaand: Whats your spec? Doc build?
Aaaand#2: Look at the trinket procs. In your Superbad test run you got no luck.
Aaaand#3: Where is your Rune of Reorgination? :p

I have RoRo, just choose not to use it since it sims lower than juju and renataki, and after using it for a few weeks in H ToT I agree. I stopped using DoC about a month ago, started using HotW and have noticed a dps boost there as well. I am not dogging your CR by any means, I have used it and your previous incarnations for quite some time. What difference would Tyrael have over lazyraider?

The simcraft profile for feral that comes from the official site is just a "lite" version. Did you test this one?
Tyrael should perform a little bit faster, because it does not perform as much stuff as Lazyraider does. :)

The answer is sort of a matter or many factors. IE, Internet connection (any lag hurts), frame rate. (if you are only doing 20fps it can hurt dps. 60fps+ is optimal), The game is completely gear oriented and as such, gear plays a factor as does enchants, type of specing and so on. Then if you use a cc program within HB, it depends on how well the program was written (if it's updated regularly) and how well the user is able to use it. and of course, which profile one is using. Some of them are not written as well and have few black spot listings in them. If you happen to get one of those, then you could be face to face with an elite and die, die, die. Then there's one more factor. If you're grinding a level 20 toon, don't put it in a lvl 30 area. Don't laugh! I've seen it. Is comical to see too. HB runs towards lvl 30 mob, agros it and dies, runs back from the grave yard, respawns ,agros the same mob and dies, You can sit and watch it for awhile and it's mesmerizing.

In the end, I can grind and skin with every toon I have, and I have at least 2 of every class. Some of them 3) although one may be able to do more dps than another, it really doesn't matter. Right now my hunter has been top dps, hands down in everything I've run, but it can still be killed while running HB.

Just use whatever toon you want, but make sure you have good gear, a good cc and profile and that your system is up to par.

      Dear OP

Blood DK's are a botters wet dream. They start at level 55, (That's like a week less time on quest bot) and heal themselves as they fight. As people have probably mentioned, this allows your bot to work tirelessly without taking breaks.

When selecting a class that can farm you want a class that can tank and doesn't use mana. This means you're looking at Rogues, Death Knights, Warriors, Hunters, Feral/Guardian Druid, and maybe a Monk (never tried). These classes will give you the most up time on your bot because they will never need to stop for mana. Health, maybe, but that's the next part.

Now that you have your selection of classes, you have to pick your class to suite your environment. Rogues and Feral Druids will probably be strong for pre-mop zones because of their high burst, but I rate them as a third rate class for botting. They should be able to easily clear opponents in one or two quick strikes, because of their nature in the game I wouldn't suggest using them to grind unless you have something specific in mind.

Hunters and Monks also do not use mana, well monks partially, which makes them into a second tier class. The Hunter's pet and range allow for convenient and fast farming, but you will have to spend time running to the corpse. Your monk probably isn't the tankiest, but from what I can tell they are still tankier than druids and rogues. I put them in the second tier category because they have strong chi based self-heals.

Out of the classes that remain, Death Knights, Warriors, Guardian Druids, and maybe even Brewmaster Monks will be the tier 1 classes to bot. They each have high armor and high health which allows the bot to keep grinding, every tank has a way to regenerate health and players often call these the "oh shit" buttons of the class. Death Knights have heart strike, warriors have that heroic whatever that I don't care about, druids have their mana based heals (maybe not as good), and once again Monks have chi based heals. The reason why tank monks and druids are tier 1 is because their mana pool should never run out if you aren't in quest greens.

Protection paladins are not mentioned, however I have a personal liking to Prot Pallies myself. They aren't easily classified between the tiers because they have holy power healing and mana healing, with decent gear my prot pally has no issue decimating mobs without drinking and could probably be combined with the tier one classes, but I don't see ret as a viable option for long term grinding. So because of these reasons I have put it off by itself.

      tl;dr Tanks good, dps bad.

im no pro by far but feral druid has been the easiest for me or ret pally. i use fpsware and run a feral druid and hpally and i cap out pretty quick on conquest points.and like Fenol1 said NIQQA WHAT. 55 lvls doesnt take a week unless you play like an hour a day.

Feral Druid, Ret Pal. 100% better than any other classes.
