Stolen Key.

Hey, i haven't used honorbuddy for about three months or so because i gave up wow for a while. Now that i activated my account again i would want to bot a little again. However, my key has been stolen and i can't log in to the bot. Is there any way to get my key replaced or something so i can start botting again?

 

u can get only the key back if you have info on the payment how could someone steal your key?

 

I have no idea tbh. I haven't let anyone else use it or anything. Just having the key in a .txt file on my computer. But i think i still have the transaction id n' everything.

 

then u wont get it back only if you have the payment info.

 

Buddy Auth

sure you're not just copy and pasting it wrong? make sure there's no spaces before / after

if you log in, you'll see if someone has an active session on it.

if they do have an active session ... kick them off and log on, then shoot an email to support@thebuddyforum.com and have us fix it (must have login name to buddy auth, key, and the email that you paid for the key for)

 

What payment info are you refering to? I have found the transaction at my bank web service. shouldn't that be enough?

 

The thing with buddyauth is that i can't get on there either. I tried to reset the password and after a while i even tried to resend the activation email. But it only says that no user with that email is to be found and i've tried with both my emails i have.

 

Okay, i got on buddyauth after a little while. But i can't see my key there. Only the old one-day-keys i had before i bought my 10 year key. Updated honorbuddy but it still says "max sessions" and i can't get in.

Edit: Got in on buddyauth that's registered on my other email and found my key and an active session. Killed it and are now in myself. Thanks alot for the fast help.

 

yea, it would have to be the e-mail you used during checkout.
