HB ARCHIVES: Cava?s Profiles--DO NOT DELETE

Another example of this same behavior. It clearly wants to attack and kill the mob "Scortching Elemental" for the quest Volcanic Activity in Ungu Crater, however it just stands there at range as it's still mounted.

Is when it's stopped and sitting there at range of the mob, mounted and doing nothing.

I've left it a lot longer on previous quests, but cancelled mount after a couple of minutes this time. As soon as I cancel the mount:

This is happening at both my home setup on two VM's and also at my work, and these are all recent fresh installs.

It's happened on perhaps 10 quests so far while I've been levelling up.

say, Cava. is the popup really necessary? After all, when we choose questing then we already have chosen for leveling. And as all popups it is really annoying when you are doing something else and that big white screen just hides everything.
edit: kick's popup is more modest, but very often appears for just the heck of it.

 

Popups aren't necessary, and the only time you'd need to use (example) is when choosing a reputation faction between Aldor and Scryer.

 

thats not profile issue

bot is doing quest Volcanic Activity

and need kill "red" mobs for that, profile says to kill mobs
the way bot kill its all with Combat Routines.

 

Pop up's sometimes are necessary:
- when start new char ( new hb users, need know to config autoequip) just a warning to send bags, and gold to new char
- when starting new DK (need know to dont enable autoequip)
- when doing some quest and i know theres a chance bot fail that
- when need do some quest but quest isnt scripted
- when player need do some choice will affect the game

when i start scripting profiles i used popups more often, after few months and with release of CavaPlugin, i removed all of then, just leaving the Must have it, if you find one popup and theres no need, just let me know wich (profile/quest) etc,and i will look into

 

my profiles dont do any quest with Aldor or Scryer reputation

I see - so where should I report this issue to then, as it's certainly stopping the bot being AFK-able?

is there other profiles after 1 -5 dranei ?? cuz my char done those quest from lvl1 to lvl5 and now doin t nothing -.- .... hmmm

 

you are using singular, so probably at CR singular thread, but i know also, HB have some issues, so i think isnt also 100% singular problems its more the way right now bot works "core issue" try ask for help at main Hb Suport and follow what devs reply there

For some reason, in the 18-24 lvl range, horde characacters try to pick up a quest from Gorat and won't move on until they do, except there is no quest from Gorat. They will sit there for hours. No amount of restarts etc. fixes this.

Otherwise, I have been able to run this true AF on several characters from 26-64. It also freezes at Duskwing quest. It won't shoot the flare at him. The character simply follows under him and kills any mob he agroes.

Kick's is garbage compared to this, and it's proven it's not the HBCore

I think my bot is having a stroke Level 50, Burning Steppes
He keeps trying to take the same quest (which was finnished by me)
Stop/Start doesn't help. He just runs around the zone for 5 minutes and comes back to molest the npc again.

whitout log its impossible to me understand the problem with Gorat and fix it
the Duskwing bug was fixed 3 days ago (for horde side, totaly forgot about alliance, and fixed it too now), did you notice duskwing bug after that? or before my fix?

 

So the plugin is no longer available/required ? readme.txt on SVN eludes that it does, what is correct and where is it if I still need it thanks.

Duskwing bug is still in an error state. I had it running on a toon yesterday, and it still failed. I simply shot the flare and the profile continued from there.

 

So when you download the file from the first page, you then save that download etc. into the Plugins folder. Make sure honorbuddy is not running. Then turn on honorbuddy, click plugins and it should have the CavaPlugin or whatever available, 'check it'. Then you must load the profile. click questing from that top drop down list, click 'load profile' then find the folder location and select the 'cava's starter profile' or whatever it's called. click start, but a box will come up with 5 tabs, go to where it says 1-90 of whatever you are, I only use horde so i select the 1-90 horde. remember his profile is only 1-64 for horde etc. currently. I am going to donate money soon, as I'm generally pleased with his profile.

FYI there may be several restarts required, so just keep that in mind.
