appeals in atm will update , this account has been banned b4 for abuse of economy which was a autoban and removed same day no penalty's, and i added a 60 day gametime card to it 4 days ago : (
I disagree the email sent was a generic 1 without a signature for a gm. Normally player reports have a manual investigation and useually have a gms name at the bottom. I think you must have triggered the ban. 8-10 hours is a lot and could have been triggered by a server side script.
