My system specs: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU @ 2.2ghz 4gb ram Win 7x64 Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT How many wows can I have open at once with the video settings down to as low as possible? I just had 3 GBs up and 2 HBs up, but then 2 GBs just crashed (literally). Let me see why they crashed.... How many? Just test. 1 HB work? Then try Two. 2 HB work? Then try Three. 3 HB work? Then try Four. 4 HB work? If no. Then go for Three. Not that hard to figure out that.
Well Fadrion, its not THAT easy. Since different areas of WOW demand different power from the computer, so technically it takes hours for it to tell especially when lets say the bots go drop off what they have. So its actually not as easy as you say.
you just answered your own question, we cant tell you that. It is something you have to figure out yourself. dont be lazy now =3
your comp can easily run 6 instances (low settings) i ran a laptop with 4gb, 8600m gs vid card (256mb, up to 1023 shared from ram). ran game booster + gbx5 + hbx1. yes you can run more hb's, i was only throttling 50-55% ram w/ gamebooster on, 73% ram w/o it on. win 7 x64. cpu 1.5 ghz duo (remember this is a laptop) your bottleneck is your vid card on that machine, imo about why it crashed? you could have had a lag spike, or a lag spike in your particular place. use this ... it helps: MACRO: /console maxfps 25 /console maxfpsbk 20 if you're running solely GB's.. you can: /console maxfps 10 /console maxfpsbk 8 to "fix" it just /console maxfps 80 /console maxfpsbk 60 if you don't throttle the HB/GB clients they will use up all of your memory running 3 or more. make sure you throttle them if you bot a lot and you still want to play wow, i suggest that you make a 2nd wow folder and label it "WoW play" or keep your wow folder and make one for the bots labled wow bots. or wow B -Kick
