Got new Pc today and now if i run 2x wow and 2x hb getting blue screen aber a few mins. 2x wow 1x hb seems to be np anyone a idee ?
Make sure your wow is updated, delete all cache files/folders, make sure launcher settings are correct, and try a fresh HB install.

HB lost it's connection in sorts with WoW and just starts spouting it can't read from it, which may be happening behind the blue screen or otherwise. By updated he means it's fully installed, you can run WoW while it's not fully downloaded, but HB wont like it. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your GPU, as well as DirectX updates. You can try changing from Dx9 to Dx11 and see if it doesn't crash. Blue Screens are usually computer problems, it's unlikely HB causes this. It's more likely running the 2 WoWs is the issue. Fresh Install doesn't have relevance to the date in which it was installed. It means no extra plugins, behaviors, or routines to see if the issue is related to any of those. However like I said I think it's doubtful HB can cause such issues unless it was doing some major leaking. You should see if WoW is producing an error in the WoW/Errors folder, as one of them could have crashed in a way that causes BSOD. It also wouldn't hurt to mention what kind of BSOD (the number it gives you). If you can't see the number you can Google a way to make BSOD's not restart the moment they finish "collecting" data.

Hi, Schakal, If you are getting genuine 'blue screens', that can be only one of two things: A hardware problem A driver problem You might visit your manufacturer's website, and make certain all your drivers are up-to-date. Even if you just bought the machine, the disk was probably imaged with months-old drivers. I've even seen brand new machines with drivers that were six years out-of-date. Although all drivers should be checked, of particular interest will be the "Chipset", Video, and Sound drivers. As to hardware issues, that can be anything, but most of the time, its memory issues. You can try running the gratis version of MemTest86 for three complete cycles. If it reports *any* errors during this time, you have a memory problem that *must* be addressed. Many times, such issues can be resolved by simply re-seating the memory sticks. Its important to understand that WoW/HB may be aggravating the issue, but it is not the cause of the issue.
