Get the default leveling settings (in the dropdown box) Make a logic for the lowlevel pet to SWAPOUT HEALTH(MyPet) ISLESSTHAN 100
can you make me a line ,.,.,. my snow man will cast spell 2 when the cooldown is ready and everytime it is up? I want it to cast spell numberslot 2 everytime the cooldown is ready to cast it? thanks
Hmm. I can't seem to save the settings on the general tab. Every time I change values, they will be reset to default.
CASTSPELL(2) COOLDOWNSPELL(2) EQUALS false (and move it above CASTSPELL(1) in the list) The settings should be saved as soon as you close the window. If it doesnt, check your pokehbuddy folder permissions.. What about it?
Just put the botbase on Combatbot... should stop the flying. I've tryed that just Combatbot yeah i asked do i need profile for it to work.. Than i figured i don't need to, anyway nice plugin but my team is always using and i'm using great dmg team Crawling Claw, Pandarian Water Spirit and Chrominius... If there's some idea for pets becasue bot did 5 pvp petbattles and he lost all 5 :O heh
Help please I installed pokehbuddy, run profile with gb2, my bot fly to hotspot but ignore all pets and don't start battle. I try manually start battle but bot still does nothing
Tell me please, how do I make it so that when my little Pets Lost health, it did not change to another and finish the game before his death. And please tell me how to do so would have a player standing in one spot and just checked the PVP battle Pets Lost, I have it always somewhere flies like no tune. Thanks in advance.
Has anyone successfully done the pvp pet battles with Pokebuddy? If so what team did you use and settings? I know it's RNG but that Stunted Direhorn is amazing. Also: You mention it can be run while gathering? I'm having issues with it constantly flying over nodes, is there a setting I'm missing because I thought it would be nice to powerlevel my pets while gathering ghost iron.
Start with combat bot first, see if it starts a pet battle when in range, and completes the battle. There are a number of reasons that Pokehbuddy can't start a fight when in range, so it would help to know what happens when you are in range and there are no other issues. if the plugin is enabled, it will attempt to start a battle when in range of a battle pet. the honorbuddy log window will show what the plugin is about to do, so read that, and see what it is attempting to do. if you want a pet to fight until it dies, that's very easy. 1st part, remove the line that starts with SWAPOUT in the pet logic, and save the pet logic for that 1 pet. it's usually the first line. 2nd part, change the pet ratings so it will choose the stronger pet and not a weaker one first. remove the negative rating for pet level. As for the PvP battle queue, tick the box in the first screen, this will heal and bandage pets as you sit in the queue for PvP battles. to compete, you will need a good team to handle very deliberate team choices in the PvP queue. you may need to remove the old swapout considerations and add in new ones, especially if you face really crippling pet choices like beast killing pet teams, or pets that can shield those direhorn attacks, etc. e.g. keep pokeh open, and list the enemy buffs/debuffs, write the numbers down when you see them, so you can set up contingencies, etc for special pets, to include in the logic. can be handy for utility pets like the nether fairie dragon, etc. as for GB2, set the distance up to 200, or 300 if you don't mind it "hammering" locations and going back and forth a few times in the same area. you can also adjust the 3 distance locations in the .cs file and extend it from 8, to 18/19, which will work well with avoiding combat areas. perhaps something to keep in mind also, is to remember that distance is not a straight line with Pokeh, 300 yards (or the distance/units in wow) will often be ignored if you're above the detection/targeting range. There's not much you can do to change that in GB2, flightor, the flight navigator prefers to stay above areas, and setting the distance to under 80, will only engage pets when you're in walking range, or questing, so the occasional battle. if you use something like randombuddy, to "salt" the route being used, pokeh will also add additional changes to a zone navigation, to gather and farm pets at the same time. more useful for some people than others.
Any recommended profile to use to lvl your pets? just tried this and got it to work like a charm! ;D Edit; also is there like no function to catch a pet that you havent collected yet? :>
Pokehbuddy will catch pets just fine, drop down the list of options on the first tab of the settings. the one most people choose is "better than the one i have" , but it can also collect only the rares. the other options are not that useful. there's only a handful of times that it will screw up, for example, while "better than what i have" will capture common/uncommon/rare pets if it's an upgrade for what you have, mathematically the odds are high that you could capture 3 of each lower version, a grey/white/green version, and not have the space to store a blue/rare pet if it comes up. so, keep an eye on duplicates for that reason. you can use a website like warcraftpets.com to check for dupes if you don't have any in-game addons to make the process faster. collecting rares only can work, as there's about 10-20 or so challenging rares to farm, it's not the greatest option if you're a collector. Pokeh, can't really remove duplicate pets from your collection (totally unsafe to automate this process at the moment), but you can always ... you know ... do the work yourself of deleting duplicate pets. there's also the issue of pet types and pet colors with dupes, some pets have up to 5 type variations (male/female/breed/color) so it's something to keep in mind. it is possible to script a deletion of pets, but the issue is having a precise ID and checking what you're about to delete a few different times so the ID doesn't get screwed up. as for gathering, pathing, farming, etc. 2 options exist for pet gather profiles. PetArea, which is pretty simple, and arguably limited, it's set for horde areas by default. it's very simple to set up. but you need to set it up. BattlePetCollector, works on any continent, it will keep collecting mobs until a timer expires, then changes the zone profile to another zone. it can also just change to zones you haven't collected all the rares in, which can be a faster grind. pretty automatic, which helps with pure farming.
How does PetArea works? With what bot do I start it? And how do I start it the first time? Need some info on that! Other than that great plugin. Also any tips for supplies I need?
BattlePetCollector, Is it in this plugin? This seems to be something im looking for! I cant find it anywhere in the plugin. mind explaning where to find it ?
sorry about the delay, you might have already found this, but here's the link http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...aloged/97729-plugin-battle-pet-collector.html http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...ataloged/96169-plugin-battle-pet-swapper.html Andy West coded these up last year almost, and they work exceptionally for the task at hand, collecting and swapping pets around. using these, you can probably collect and level around 400 pets, give or take a few duplicates, without too much drama. considering there's only 4 current plugins for battle pets in Uncatalogued, it's a small community (there's a couple of others...) in terms of making all 3 plugins act in one joined plugin, it would save a bit of time, and Maybe has been tinkering in his off time to integrate some of them into Pokeh, but it's not trivial, mostly because having 3 separate plugins, they step on each other's toes a bit, just in terms of knowing what the other is doing. the advantage would be ... well, in usability. Pokeh is mostly designed for PvP and even level encounters i.e. BPS's "Relative/Capture" is supported with the default ratings. (not quite, but it's workable) however, most people power-level pets. because it's tedious. (or they collect them, run the dailies, whatever. it's a hobby thing) and Pokeh, was not designed with power-levelling in mind, because it's not that easy to figure out. it seems easy, but there's a few hitches in the process. Yes, it takes forever and a day to level them. because a typical battle is ~300xp, and it takes ... 24k to cap each pet. it's not practical to level a pet that way, it's in the region of 30+ battles (silly XP sharing mechanics come into play as well) i.e. even power-levelling via XP, it's ~900 to 250 xp per battle, from 1 to 25. using the math, it takes about... 30 battles to "ringer in" a low level pet to 25. often less, sometimes more. it takes about: 2k to bring it to level 7, 3k to bring it to 10, 6k xp to bring it to level 13, 10k to level 16, 15k to bring it to level 19. 18k to bring it to level 20, 20k to bring it to level 22. and from level 1 to 25, 23,885 xp. give or take a few losses. Now, there's a small bonus that covers difficulty, it's ... hard to work out because it scales to the level of your pet and the level difference. For ringer pets, it becomes optimal about half the current target's level. so 5 vs 12's, 9 vs 20's, etc. if you go too low, it actually gets worse XP, not better. i.e. a 3 vs a 24, is around the same XP as a 17 vs a 24. but, at level 3, it's going to jump about 3 levels ... so .. it seems like more. there's a gradient of bonus XP that covers the level difference and original level of the pet, and they don't match up evenly due to pet XP per level, etc. and it's calculus... which requires more detailed situations, i.e. what the min and max levels are, if it's split XP, etc. anyway, When implementing the ringer function per continent, you want to set these as optimal level areas EK/Kalimdor, 1-10 minimum level, 16 maximum Outland 7-12 minimum, 19 maximum Northrend, 10-15 minimum level, 23 maximum Pandaria, 13-17 minimum, 25 maximum even with the relative/capture settings, you don't gain or lose a lot. at 10+ levels difference, you get around 500 to 800 xp. at 6+ levels, it's around 400 to 700 xp. e.g. against a 23, it's 750xp/900xp (level 18/13) against a 19, it's 630xp/740xp (level 14/9) if the calculator at cryados.net/wow/pet_XP works, it will alleviate any questions. kind of. obviously, shortening a round, boosting XP, and reducing failure/death, helps get those numbers down too. There's also XP bonuses like the trainers, or their daily XP bonus (2x to 5x) and safari hat /pet biscuit XP adding a 1.1 multiplier each. As the trainers have their own XP bonus, at 2x (regular trainers) or 3x (grand master's) or 5x (pandaria trainer). A pandaria trainer can deliver 5k xp each day, but it requires certain pets and certain rotations to help survive, but it's a decent hand-levelling measure in a short period of time. making Pokeh handle the trainers, is a challenge for another day, as you'd need to swap in pets, handle debuffs, and so on. for power-levelling, pokeh gets the job done, but, on the flip side, nobody really has the ability to tweak the rating system that well, because it's not designed for a use-case, it's a relationship. so it changes. and there's variables, etc. working out the ideal ratings is probably something for another day, but it's not impossible. as for the future, pokeh has a couple of options. integrating BPS, would work in 2 ways, one, is simply implementing the switching of pets, and changing the rating system for each swap strategy, i.e. relative/capture/ringer. that's the easy part, and then, changing the UI so people don't find it confusing. i expect the initial tab would appear as something like "PvP / Quest / Power-Level x1 / Power Level x2 / Capture", with PvP being no-swaps, Questing, being Relative level and player XP, power-level 1&2 being ringer 1 & 2, capture, enabling the collector mode and GB2 integration. i can forsee a few niggling issues with loading that many logic files and swapping in & out, but it could be handled with a few beta tests. i figure this would make things idiot proof, but i know a lot of idiots, so it's worth discussing how others would like to see things. the second part of integrating BPS/BPC is trickier, finding a way to "disable" the ringer pet so it's not called back into the rotation. doing so, needs a custom flag, and it's not trivial code to test or add. it's definitely doable, but in some sense, you'd need to store the ID of the "noob" pet before starting a battle, and keeping the value around during the battle, so it can ignore that pet. which makes the core code a bit wieldy. not hard, but nobody's done it /shrug. may or may not be ready in time for 5.4, in any regard, but probably before december.
Heyho maybe Just a Question: Gatherbuddy2 is know not included in HB any more. So did you know a Botbase which will only fly around with a profile? What botbase will you recommend to use with your Plugin for German Users? I have a similar Problem with my Plugin Rarekiller. I often recommend to use GB2, but this isn't possible any more. yours sincerely katzerle
Hi maybe, I'm trying to powerlevel pets using pokebuddy and petarea. I want to know how to hit once with my low pet and then change to my 25 pet. Can I do a logic with that? thanks.
