[PAID] [Warlock] Demonic - An Advanced Honorbuddy Warlock Routine [PvE/PvP]

I tried helping a user and thought it was pulling from a wrong directory. That didn't help. I don't get the error either and have multiple crs so its jot that either.

Hiya,

that was me last night but i don't have any logs, i got so pissed about it and just deleted everything and reinstalled just what i needed for my daylies...i will give it another try later and try a clean reinstall....im using also multiple CR's and more then 1 HB copy for daylies, farming, BG etc.....anyways im not sure about it and maybe i am wrong but i think it is because of another CR ( someone else in this thread had the same Feeling ), when i only have as example Demonic in my Routines Folder it works fine only on the first start it tells me config file has rewritten please restart, after that all is good but when i put all my other CR's in the Folder it keeps telling me config file has rewritten then Crash...i will try it later again and when it is still not working i will just make an HB copy for Demonic / all MIllz CR's

 

Same. HB keeps crashing when demonic (paid) is in the routines folder. I deleted this and use singular until this is solved ;-)

What does your folder structure look like?

<HB>/Routines/Demonic/DemonicLoader.cs <- is how it should look

..and not..

<HB>/Routines/Demonic/trunk/DemonicLoader.cs <- which wont work

I got the same Problem like jake- but i founded out a way to fix it, atleast for me it works

ok heres my solution: make sure you have no other CR which has no svn included in your routines Folder, you know an svn updateable CR has that green checkmark on the Folder make sure that you have only those CR's in it, that worked for me and i dont get an error or something anymore

 

That's odd that you have to go through this. I literally have about 10 crs and don't get this msg.

For the sake of diagnosis are you guys runnikg specific plugins and how many hb sessions are you running?

I tried with a clean install (only HB and kicks). Usually running five sessions but the error is triggered with only one active too.

I will try with only daemonic installed to see if it's a problem with other dll loading cr's. Maybe I can find out by installing one by one.

only Plugin what i am running is Brodies Questing Plugin, but when i do BG's or LFR or something i have no specific Plugins activated, i have 11 toons so i have alot of CR's, all Tuanha's Premium ones as example, The Fury Unleashed, Feral Kitty and afew more....they all have svn included and it works fine, but when i put a non svn CR in it i get that config Thing > Crash i dont know whyt that is...I am running only 1 session at the same time

 

When you guys do a "fresh install" are you just deleting the honorbuddy folder? If I remember correctly hb stores data at 2 or 3 different locations. I believe its listed in the support forums. I too have non svn crs. I personally am at a loss and just going through the normal "steps" any mod would suggest.

I honestly just delete the HB Folder always but i got it now my Problem was just because of one CR, it is not even working when i only put that one CR into a completely new HB install, the testversion from " Leaves " is causing that config Problem for me so for now all works fine without that CR in the folder

 

Fair enough. I have the premium of leaves so I know that version at least isn't causing the issue.

I love " Leaves " even the testversion was blowing other healers away and my druids gear is only around 505 or something, i will get the Premium Version of it too, btw HB update i hope it works lol

 

Quick update, huge apologies for not sorting this issue out, but got a personal situation happening at the minute so cant face coding at the minute - too depressed. I'll aim to sort it tomorrow. Sorry.

Take your time. It's just a game.

 

I used to cope with depression with alcohol. With that to assist me I could convert depression into working code and a keyboard indented face from falling asleep at the desk. If only I understood my code afterwards....alcohol makes me forget the comments.

It also works for boredom (I have nothing to code), panic (this code is needed urgently), fun (let's see if I can code this) or a challenge (let's try to fix somebody else's code).

Or maybe I'm just an alcoholic.

 

My HB was also crashing with Demonic after i updated.

I deleted my old honorbuddy installation, did a fresh new HB install..

I also cleared the 4 caches (which sometimes needs to be deleted) :

"To get you going again, there are four caches that must be cleared. You must clear all four to repair the problem:"
Shut down WoW and Honorbuddy
Delete the following directories:
Honorbuddy/Cache/
WoW/Cache/
WoW/Data/Cache/
Battlenet Cache


Thats atleast how i got my Honorbuddy and Demonic to work again.
