      Bought Hb today and had some issues and for this I tried to get in touch with someone capable of helping me out.
      I tried to e-mail, post a thread and describe my issues.
      In the e-mail I got some kind of auto reply by some douche telling me to reboot my pc etc.
      In the thread I got told to post a log file and I did, after that it was nothing but silence from that same mod asking me to post a logfile.
      The only help I received was from som fellow botters here on the forum and for that Im greatful!
      Then from no where moderator Tony closes my thread without even trying to help me out, and this is what I payed for?
      Please HB staff you could at least try a little bit harder when it comes to support!
      A couple of hours ago from no where the problem "solved it self" in some way and my HB now works fine.
      Still this is a service payed for, and when something goes wrong dont just do the "silent treatment" to people or send an autoreply telleing people to reboot etc....
      My post was all about authentification failure, I dont see how a reboot would help that.

      I'm still having this problem. I've posted on your thread that was closed where moderator Tony asks for me to create my oun thread for my problems -.-

      the only way we can help you is if you make your own thread and upload a full log as an attachment.

      same thing with the guy who posted after you, this is YOUR thread, so he wont get support in it. he needs to make his own.

      we dont give anyone the "silent treatment" but if you dont post in the correct places especially after we tell you to a few times then its kind of your own fault.

      My own fault ?
      I tried to contact the "support" in vain.
      Then when i post in the support forum HB crew refused to answear.
      I forgot to add the Log file at first but then I added it and still with that info you didnt help out.
      Thats just a lousy service, what happened to the customers rights? "Your own fault"..
      Then "Tony" from no where just shut my thread down like nothing had happened? Did he even look at the issue?
      Then I guess Im supposed to waste even more time of my life to post another useless thread in the "support forum"
      Lalalunga still needs support it seems but prolly some fellow botter will have to help him aswell...
      I just hope I never ever again have to ask HB support forum for help again.

      You will find alot of the help comes from fellow botters, tony is 1 person bro, and the other mods especially codenameg and chinajade help out where they can;

      Tony is sharp but he gets the support done, and throughout the day you will see him come on and blitz the support forums;

      Always post a log if you need help,

      Your new and already causing a stink on your name bro;

      Just calm down, where a relaxed community.

      80% of the issues are all either, delete settings folder, delete cache, do a fresh install of hb or update hb/profiles.

      if he makes his own thread, posts a full log as an attachment with a description of the issue, we will help him out. just like we would of helped you out.
      now since you dont have a support issue at this moment, im going to close your thread.

      if you need help, make your own thread in the support section, give a detailed description of whats going on, and post a full log as an attachment.

      we dont ignore anyone, but if you constantly post in the wrong places, dont or refuse to do things like posting a full log for example, your going to have a bad time.
