      72 hour suspension
      Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Impact of Buying Gold - Shop - World of Warcraft

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation. Note that additional Terms of Use violations may result in more severe actions against this account, up to and including permanent closure.

Sadly I am just questing with the honorbuddy, not farming or auctions..i am not using any other bots or tools.
Thankfully its not my main but I am unaware of what caused my guy to be noticed, since I was monitoring him, went to fix lunch and came back to the temp ban.
Now I will admit I am a wow freak and stay onalmost 18 hours a day but I am disabled and have had my account for years. I usually interact with players, asking about pvp and helping noobies.
Only thing I noticed was a lvl 66 Alliance questing in the same area, but I didnt get any gm pop ups.
I just wanted to give a heads up, I enjoy the community and wanted to reach out to see if there is a new tracker or if someone just reported me, unsure of what caused the ban?

      Kicks, leveling.

First ban since TBC, only second in total, and i've been botting on and off, averaging 10-15hrs a day when i'm on.
Also using GB, HB, Dungeon, Lazyraider, etc.

Seems like people using Kicks is getting hit hard with bans/suspensions. For now on I just use lazy raider and CC to level. You obviously don't level as fast but it's probably one of the safest ways to level outside of not using the bot entirely.

this - if people are using kicks and getting banned and are now surprised, its due to lack of common sense above all else. Stop and think for a moment. understand now? good!

I use it very sparingly, its simply not safe. Far too easy for blizzard to track the pathing coupled with the order of quests. I doubt we could make it much easier for them. Its a shame because its the most comprehensive, complete set of leveling profiles out there. However, they know that too and are counting on us to take the easy route (kick's). Time and time again they are right >.<

Noone, even the best profile writer cannot stop you from running it for 15+ hours straight every day. Then answer yourself, which player will do that by hands? Maybe 1:10000? or even less!
So stop doing false rumors about pathing and stuff - Blizzard neither will do that, neither have the resourses for it. They simply flag you with very basic criterias - no single afk after 15 hours for example, achieved 20 levels and 600 quests done ... just as example!

People need to learn to bot smart enough, especially after Blizzard upped the flag/ban radar level in the last several months.

Also got banned using Kick's. I was in VOTFW and it was getting stuck often but got greedy and ran it while I was at school, checked my phone a couple of hours later and I had a 72 hour ban email. My guess would be player reports causing a GM to come and check me out. I had another character the same level on a different server and account doing the same thing but didn't get banned.
