I use this post to say thanks to the HB team for all this work , and ty to all the programmers that let all thoses programms free !

      @ HB team :
Don't give up for the 5.4 patch ! Even if most of the time you can see people who are crying "WHY SO MANY TIME TO UPDATE HB ??????", there is peoples who respect your job and understand that we just need to wait patiently =).

I can only agree with the previous speakers! You are doing a great job for us and unfortunately it's usually when things do not work as people say something and then it's just in a negative tone! :/ I would therefore like to take this opportunity and say YOU MAKE A REALLY DAMN GOOD JOB FOR ALL OF US! and I want to thank you for it!

And for those who think that I somehow wrong. Please find another bot / forum I am so tired of all the whining! We have devs who do all they can to help us, we have a forum where people actually put time and effort for us so that we who do not have the knowledge / time to sit and write profiles or CC `s And all you do is whine! What the hell is this? Now you tighten up and show a little gratitude instead.

      Regards Forvirrad

It has nothing to do with the brown nosing! What have I got to gain? I only say what I think and if you think about it, maybe even you realize that I'm right or do you think that what I say is wrong? If so please explain yourself.

Yes brown nosing ! tbh yes the bot is good hense why people like us have bought it, they havnt done this out of the good of there heart for 1000s of people and it would be nice if the product worked right now so we can farm. Dont get me wrong again they do a good job but there really isnt much re-assurance for us when this will be ready and HB progs have had plenty of time to get this prepared through beta.

Man one nice thread and people still have to be assholes. Didnt know there was a programmers day lol

As for mister beta below, i assume you mean the PTR test realms. These NEVER have all the patch data. Half at best. And they are pushed out to the PTR in broken up pieces and such while the final product, the actually patch, is put together in a much different fashion.

I work in this field so i give them mad props for what they are able to do. I suggest you go and try to code your own combat routine or your own plugin and see how difficult that would be for any of the complainers to get a lil bit of perspective on what these guys do.

I am so pleased with the developers for HB. They've given us a steady stream of updates to let us know what's going on and I'm sure they've been working hard. I've been with them for years and I have no complaints. There's nothing wrong with brown nosing either. If everyone spent less time complaining about the time it's taken and more time giving positive feedback, the team would be happier and work better for us, the loving community.

You guys paid for the product that you KNEW would have downtime after big patches. When you sign up for the bot and all of its amazing utility, you also sign up for its downtime. The team is working hard to get the bot back up to keep their clients happy. I'm also annoyed that the bot is taking so long, but I know nothing about programming and developing. Don't complain if you don't know how to reprogram HB to fit in with the current patch.

combat routine? Plugin? Im almost willing to bet over 75% of botters here cant even make a simple grind profile. And I know im one of em. I've tried and its not as easy as it looks. But I agree with you, can't even have 1 nice thread with out people bashing it.

I'm guessing that you have small penises, low self-esteem and dodgy home conditions after which you feel you just have to pick and complain about everything and everyone. You're that annoying type who can not provide that friendly answer to a question no matter what. Although the question was asked 50 times before. I mean as a person who is on the forum 24/7 like you and has all the details on everything that's going on, you can not help a person who has bought the program a few days ago or perhaps have not been logged in the past few days and try to start HB and it does not work .... What is he doing? Well he asks in the forum! Yes he might have looked at first but there are always members that are new or that of pure faith asks them who he / she thinks knows more. and in response he gets - You fucking idiot, try to use the damn search feature fucking noob!
Is this how we should treat each other .... Call me stupid or whatever you want but it's not a way I want someone treats me, nor I intend to respond to someone like that either

I'd say it's a good bet that everyone who complains about the post-patch downtime knows so little about coding that they'd be hard pressed to follow the process of a "Hello, world" program. I'm seriously impressed that the devs can reverse-engineer WoW so quickly after every patch. I've done a tiny bit of code hacking and when you don't even have the source code, let alone any comments and documentation, it's an unbelievably tedious process. Back in the day, I thought that hacking a 90kB executable was difficult (granted, most of the stuff I was playing with was originally coded in Assembly or old-school C and was some really tight code compared to the bloat that proliferates today). These guys are dealing with a 12MB executable file as well as all the gigabytes of data that it references. Keeping track of all the myriad pointers and branches is not some little trivial exercise that should be done in a couple of hours. If they get it done in a week, that's an unimaginable accomplishment. Generally, though, they manage it in 3-5 days, at most. These guys are good. Really good.
It also looks like they were really, really close when the ninja patch hit which meant they had to throw away almost all the work they'd finished since Tuesday afternoon and start all over again.

It's nice to see people so appreciative of someone's hard work. I second this post and hope the best for all my fellow buddies and programmers alike.

I do appreciate all that the devs do with honorbuddy. The bot is more secure than most others because of the time they put into it. As a programmer I understand how hard it can be. Especially with how Blizzard puts anti-bot code into it. Can't say for all the complainers, but most probably use the bot to trade for real money. Get a real job then you won't have to worry about downtime.

Like everyone else I've been more than happy with my purchase a year or more ago (the wife just recently purchased it as well!); lifetime updates and access even through all of the legal troubles associated with this type of software development and retail (Pirox was shutdown a while back). As a .NET developer I understand the hardships associated with reverse engineering and interoping with this level of software, so I applaud you for your efforts.

My only regret? My inability to help you so I can get back to farming honor to gear up for next arena season; it starts next Tuesday! Good job, guys. Knock on wood, but I've yet to get banned.

Buddy team is full of professionals and the bot keeps improving as time goes on. It's very customizable with the use of plugins and reloggers.

Yeah I agree.. dev team/staff here are great, they care for their users, I'd rather much they release a fully working bot than a bot with unbotable bugs etc, so I'm glad they take their time, they always get the job done, normally in a little maintenance patch the bot is normally up really quick like an hour or two etc not long at all, but when blizzard does big content patches it can change alot of things, and of course blizzard doesn't inform HB of such changes that would be stupid.. so these guys have to do it all on there own, going through off sets, code etc.. changing and adapting to make sure bliz doesn't try a sneaky ban wave on bots to detect us, they risk their own accounts to make sure us the user are 100% safe, and to make sure bot works how it should, so people who are trying to rush them... I hope you get perm banned from wow lol.

people expect the devs to go..

      "MAGICAL DEV POWERS UNITE*

*FARTS MAGICAL RAINBOWS STREAMING IN THE AIR"

ok guys bot now works with 5.4..

NO I DON'T THINK SO.. it's not that simple as you think mr rushers, you will get your time back that you have lost during down time, they have always and will do that.. so if bot was down for a month for example ( it wont take that long) but for an example sake. they would give you all the time back you lost botting so don't worry about that.
