I configured LR to auto assign tank and follow / use his target but the bot iss doing nothing. Is there a Problem with the German version of HB or any other users with this problem? Thx.
No, there isn't a problem in working with any version of HB. There isn't a specific assist mode, although that is effectively what occurs when you select to use automatic targeting. I would need a log and a specific point to research within it. Let me know if more detail is needed and thanks for the post, Bobby53

Sorry is this has been answered, searched the thread for 5.4 and didnt see any results. 1) Has this been updated for 5.4? I cannot see that the thread has been edited in a while but seeing other posts saying it has. 2) It seems frame-lock isn't working I'd assume this is due to the changes in the client for 5.4. Rhythm, Thanks for posting a log! The issue is due to your MaxFPS in WOW set to a value with a fractional component rather than a whole number. This didn't really happen in the past when players controlled the value primarily through entering /console maxfps 30 for example in game, but with the ability to control via slider a fractional becomes likely. A few years back when this was written all occurrences I saw indicated it was an integer but clearly not the case. So for anyone encountering the issue you can resolve by changing your FPS in WOW to a whole number using the /console statement shown or update to LazyRaider 2.0.15 or later. No changes are needed for 5.4. LazyRaider is a light framework that lets you run your Combat Routine of choice while you control the movement and targeting. Nothing has changed in WOW or HonorBuddy since LazyRaider was released a couple years ago that required any changes. Those types of version specific dependency are primarily contained in Combat Routines which are impacted by changes to talents, spells, etc. I have made recent changes to LazyRaider, but those were done primarily to bump the version number and file timestamps. Members were beginning to focus more on the fact that it had not been updated in years rather than the fact that it was stable and didn't need to be updated. It was simpler to make a few changes that had been requested, and post a new version. I am not aware framelock not working, but if you will post a debug log (made with Log Level set to Diagnostic) and describe in detail in what way it does not seem to be working for you I'll be happy to look into it. So the FPS issues are still happening to me. I disabled the FPS option in the interface, but still the second I go into combat my frames drop from 90fps to 4-10 fps. Any other ideas what I can do on this? BGBot and everything else runs fine with no lag, just lazyraider in combat
dankde, Thanks for the post, but as a member that has been active on the forums (76 posts and counting) you know a log file is needed to look into any reported issue. Set Log Level to Diagnostic, recreate the issue, and then post attaching your log and providing a description of the symptoms you observed (which are more valuable than an assumption regarding the problem.) kbull, Welcome to HonorBuddy! You will want to always provide a complete debug log file when you post regarding an issue. Posts that do not have them don't result in any action being taken because there isn't enough information to adequately research. It is simply too complex an environment to guess what your current HonorBuddy settings, Combat Routine settings, BotBase settings, character specialization, character class, character talents, character glyphs, character level, combat scenario, botting context, etc. etc. etc. are to attempt to duplicate your circumstances. I ran a quick test and am not having the issue you described. This means it is something specific to your environment. So, if you would like me to research I will need a debug log file (set Log Level to Diagnostic before creating the problem.) Hey man, first of all, thanks for your hard work, I enjoyed this botbase back in Cataclysm. Right now I'm getting back in the boat and I'd like to ask what's the difference between LazyRaider and Tyrael? Aren't both essentially the same thing?
I am thinking the best thing for you to do would be install one (or both if you have the time), try it, and if you like one better use that. LazyRaider is shared freely with the community. If you would like to use LazyRaider I am happy to share it and provide support, if you would rather use something else then I still wish you the best of luck. If you choose to compare the best place to start is running both, then possibly post #1 in each thread where it describes what they do. After that click Bot Config and see if the options available make sense and are useful for your purposes (since ultimately more options doesn't equal better.) Best advice I can offer is to choose what works best for you and realize it may not be best for everyone. As for your original question, since it is freely distributed I am not really compelled to perform a feature based competitive marketing analysis versus other products whose authors choose to freely share their work with the HonorBuddy community -- Bobby53

You see, I thought that maybe, even being similar to one another, both Tyrael and LazyRaider could have different goals as botbases. But judging from your answer I believe both try to fulfill the same role. So it's just like you said, gotta try both to see wich one I like the most. Thanks for being this helpful.
No, not at all. I was being sincere in saying I think the best way is for you to decide what works best. They both are intended for manual assist botting as is Raid Bot and Combat Bot. Each has its own take on how to solve that problem and what it supports, so hopefully all users needs are covered by one or more of those. Best of luck with your LazyRaiding, Bobby53
