      I'm encountering the same problems, though I've got the correct build, though my client says "Release x86". I don't know if that has something to do with all this.

      I'm on Version 5.4.0 (17359)(Release x86).

      the values are perfectly fine.
      x86 ^= 32bit
      x64 ^= 64bit

      it should attach without problems. tried running the launcher as admin?
