What are those "process errors"? Related to 64/32-bit, by any chance?

Try to reinstall HB .. make sure you use the latest version and if you're in germany, there's a special german version.
And also make sure you run the 32-bit WOW client ..

Check your log folder and submit the relevant log on the forum .. it's impossible to help you this way.

      Try starting the exe "Honorbuddy.Launcher.exe"

Close everything, wow as well and start that program - it will start the 32-bit wow client for you.
You can find it in your main HB folder.

      Start that program
logon to wow and select a character
then logon to HB (that window should be opened automatically)
      ...and off you go :)

Rename the "wow-64.exe" in your world of warcraft folder .. make it "wow-64.bin" or something, whatever.

Then try again - it seems that it still wants to run the 64 bit client, so make it inaccessible by renaming it.

Rename it into "wow64" (remove the dash) and the client will use the 32 bit version.
