Honorbuddy error after entering auth key

Honorbuddy is giving me this error after entering the auth key

Problem still exist after update did a clean install and everything

 

the problem is im not in germany
any fixes for this problem?

I have the same problem, i been looking on the forums for updates and i prob reinstalled in 20 times, but nothing seems to help, and i keep getting error report / send/ or dont send etc. havent had the chance to use it yet but i hope this problem can be solved, after i enter my auth key i get the hb and then it searches my char and then the error comes.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

and then download our installer and make a new Hb installation from scratch


i did all this it did fix the errors, but when i loggin on it it says HB has started, logging in, and then it just stop working, i seen this before on forums aswell, but what i can do about this
