      hi just after some help i've been using this awsome grind profile (attached) i think by Hawker, using it on my 6th toon at the moment and getting this = [7:20:44 PM:941] NeedToMoveToTarget?
      [7:20:45 PM:249] StyxWoW.AreaManager.CurrentGrindArea is null =

      i'm using 1.9.6.2 and have for 2 toons so it is something wrong in the profile but the profile looks fine to me, so was wondering if some one could take a look at it and see if it's something i've done, cheers

      That is an old profile. They have changed the tags since that one was written.
      There is no grind area defined in it.

      I have edited the first few sub profiles. Perhaps that will help.

      Ok now this is just a quick putting in <GrindArea> </GrindArea> Tags. There could be other things wrong. But I edited it through 60.

      Cheers mate, it's much appreciated, I'll give it a try as soon as I have my adsl back up in this new house.

      And if anyone else needs a perfect unattended grind profile this one is awesome :)

      i keep getting " 'grind area' start tag on line 203 does not match the end tag of 'avoid mobs' . Line 222, position22.

      i have spent about 2hrs trying to figure out the fix myself, but i must just not be able to get my head around this, i'm opening it in notepad and trying to edit it but it's just not working for me :(

      Everything you need to know to create/edit profiles is contained in the Wiki. For an example of what you need, give the Grinding Starter Profile a look. It doesn't use SubProfiles, but the SubProfile documentation should get you started with that along with the work Tehitan did for you.

      If you insist on using an outdated profile, its probably best if you learn to edit them yourself rather than asking others. For editing existing profiles, Notepad++ is an excellent choice. (edit: Unlike Notepad, it colorizes XML which makes finding mistakes much easier, and it has line numbers which is helpful for discussions.)

      cheers,
      CJ

      Have you made sure that the <Avoidmobs> has a start and finish, like;

      <AvoidMobs>
      Name=BLAHBLAH Enter=121212122
      </Avoidmobs>

      notepad is the best program to edit, since it's already on your machine.
