I got a battlechest for $5 and I'm levelling a druid, however my /played is 21 hours and I'm only level 27... I probably spent an hour not questing but other than that I've been doing kick's questing bot from level 12 and up... Is this normal? It seems slow to me. Maybe I'm just not used to levelling without heirlooms... Thanks, hope this is the right section for this thread. Maybe support? If so please move it.
Level in cat, when u get bear tank dungeons and quest. Without heirlooms its slow. Try a monk, they level faster because of the daily xp buff quest. I always use TuanHA's routines, they are the best.
Make sure your in a Guild with the XP perk too. But that does seem a bit too long. Usually I am about 40 - 60 hours to level 85 with hairlooms maybe 30% more without them.
I am really unhappy with my leveling speed as well. Got 3 toons leveling atm. Leveling a Druid, because of the flight form -> herbing and two Hunters - I heard they level faster. My druid just hit 57, his /played is 2 days 10 hours = 58 hours, and is grinding up to 58 atm, I am queueing him for dungeons so I can cut up the time 57-58. One of the hunters is 45 level with /played at 1 day 11 hours. So I Suppose he will be a head of the druid at 2 days 10 hours played time. I had to take control over the bot several times while levling, because of gangs and quests where the bot was dying too much. Overall it takes the bot 4 days + for 60 level, and if I want him to hit 70 it will be 7+ days, for 80 level it will be 10+ maybe even 12+ days :/ I guess I will experiment with one of the hunters and let him get 80, without making him do anything else, to see how much time he will need with kick's profiles to get to 80.
Yea it seems lvling a hunter really goes alot faster then a druid =/ but never had many issues with the druid dying though atm my hunter = lvl 54 with 1 day 14 hours played (only lvling with kickz)
So you just need level 7-8 toons, after that, you will know in which zones the profile has some problems, for example I know on Hellfire a quest (activate a portal) where the bot stop, its an example, but its more, just you know to learn that secrets, after that, you will level like champions, I currently leveling a monk, its level 69 , 1 day played and some hours (Full heiirlooms) My advice its forgot the dungeonbuddy, its more faster combine it with kick?s questing, but usually stuck, or fail, its not a winner horse, its better dont take risks to dont pause the leveling. Another things to know: For me the horde questings profiles are more clean (less stuck and bugs) than alliance, Im now on ally, and when I was leveling on past hordes they hit before, and the last thing, I have wow in spanish, and really dont know why but when I open the game on my languaje the leveling process fail more, than using english client :S really dont have an explanation of this, but its true, at least for me. Be patient, level just one toon to 90, and farm all heirlooms you will need it, its kinda important for leveling process. Good luck buddys.
happened to me aswell.. what i usually do is gear up on heirlooms and afk grind while i sleep and quest while im on my pc.. if you dont have heirlooms you can grind but it would take so much longer and probably isnt worth the higher chance of getting banned, i would just do questbot and get it over with.
My pally just hit level 79 about 30 minutes ago. /played has me at 5 days 13 hours. Maybe 10-15% of that time was spent testing different functions of the bot (dungeonbuddy, archeologybuddy, bgbuddy). Questing (Kicks profiles) seems to produce the best results for me.
My hunter atm is 52 with /played at 1 day 22 hours. But I know that he had many issues with pvp gangs at bootybay and where not. We, at least me, are talking about leveling new characters on new accounts, with intention for botting for gold, where you don't have heirlooms. Sounds about right, I feel that my bots will be even slower. But these 5 days 13 hours are actually 8-9+ days, ot you've been questing 23 hours out of 24 a day. Sadly RAF is not allowed in my country :/
Don't know if your leveling slow - i'm lvl 46 after 1day 8hours, however recently there has been alot of problems with the bot, but it seems to be good and safe, there's a random of known bugs to it and i still see some once in a while. Example given: When my bags are full, he will run back to the vendor at the questgiver in a major camp/city in the zone instead of just taking a path to the nearest vendor. I level up with no heirlooms only xp from guild and im actually pretty satisfied with reaching level 46 in 30 hours of botting. I can't say its fast, but it aint really slow either.
On a new account, without guild exp bonus or heirlooms I leveled a Hunter to 55 in Then started a Deathknight, got the first guild exp bonus, 5%, at around level 75. Currrently I'm level 89 and 11 bars, /played is All using Kicks Profiles. As others have mentioned, knowing how the bot behaves at certain points will help you a lot. As alliance there are places where it can be necessary to step in, if you want to save time. These are the issues I have running my guild leveling bots from 1 to 50
