Hi, I've decided to start gold farming (I'm not planning to sell it) and had a battlechest account not being used. I am planning upgrade it to MoP once I get paid from work, but until then I need help. It has no decent accounts, so I was wondering which class I should go for when moneyfarming (I'm asking because I saw a profile requiring a rogue and I'm not sure if there are many methods restricted to certain classes only) and if there is any decent money making methods for lich king users (doesn't have to be alot)? Sorry if this was placed in the wrong section.
I'll bump this again because I have the exact same question once again. I had a MoP battle.net account that I'm not using and thought I'd use it to farm gold as I'm too lazy to do that myself. Is Windwalker Monk still a good choice? I'm going to mainly farm money through professions and probably some mining, so I was considering getting a Druid. I just started playing again so I have no idea what best, so please help me out guys!
I've never heard of people using WW monk for grinding - but perhaps its good... However - most people I know use DKs for combat grinding and preferably druids for herb/ore farming - but DK's and palas come at 2nd place with their speed buff.
About the only class-specific profiles are the rogue pickpocket ones. You wouldn't need a 90 for those, if you're selling the lockboxes for ravenholdt rep/unlocking them to check for xmog items. Tanks do well for grinding and leveling. My blood dk has only died to falling damage since I started him. No special CR required.
