The difference is in the way it farms. Random routes... but intelligent random. Like the way a human would farm. Not in a pre-defined path, not so random that you can't imagine a human would be so random. Also, the ability to mail different item types to different toons. I send herbs to one toon to potion them, ore to another to prospect, and greens to yet a 3rd toon to D/E and it's all built in and automatic. I don't have to write a profile. Furthermore I don't have to have predefined nodes what so ever. It will add nodes it finds automatically to the "database".
Sorry, I clearly didn't emphasis the details behind this project. As El Fuego pointed out... 1. It dos not use profiles of any kind for gathering. It has a large database of node locations that it randomly (or selectively) chooses from and then it flies to that location (or close to it). You don't need to write any profile, you don't need to open Notepad and do anything tedious. You select all your options from the UI, sit back and enjoy the rewards of your ill gotten gains 2. It is HIGHLY customisable. Everything from randomly going AFK, to dismounting at a random distance from the node. Want different goods sent to different characters, this will do that.
Its interesting the 2 people so far, bl4ck & h4xxor, who voted NO have not given a reason behind their decision.
I would very much donate as a token of appreciation. This is what GatherBuddy SHOULD be like. Bossland's default botbases are outdated for the most part and need to be updated and as a person who avoids having to use everything default honorbuddy.. I really appreciate the work of 3rd party developers.

I tested this slightly of what I could, but still gearing my DK so didn't test much. Yes, I would much definitely donate for it.. However, I don't always have anything to donate. So yes and no. No, only because I wouldn't have the money to donate :c
This is what I have noticed the stuff that you are willing to donate for is a lot better then HB base itself.
i voted yes and here is why i have been with HB b4 they were HB back when it all started with wowglyder and i must say the thing that FPS makes he should be a part of the HB team themselves now very awesome work and of course i will donate to the BEER fund!
And by this I assume you found out how GB2 was being banned in the first place, right? I'd donate depending on how you accept money, I dislike Paypal and only started using HB because they started accepting Bitcoins. What should really happen is Bossland paying you to add this by default to their bot, replacing gb2 for good.
simple, i voted for yes. we need a reliable farmbot which is actively developed and cared for. gatherbuddy is oudated.
