I spoke to a customer services person on the phone a bunch of times and every time was told they can't comment on anything and I have to go though their website. I keep seeing people say they talk to Blizzard about their suspension, which department do I have to ask for to discuss my ban? Thanks!
As far as I'm aware, there isn't a phone department for account unbanning. I've always been under the impression it's only the web forum and support tickets thereafter. I'm happy to be proved wrong though.
