US 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid I literally had just bought Honorbuddy an hour before and had only been running it for 2 hours (supervised between 4-6pm pst) in Borean Tundra gathering cobalt ore when I got disconnected and was banned. I saw no other players, I got no whispers, and I am on a low population realm. It's either really bad luck or they have some form of detection now. I have never botted on the account before this or used any other third party software, it also had a clean record with no violations. The bot was set up correctly and never got stuck and was working as intended before I was banned.
That's some crazy bad luck - or somethings not right. Appeal it. They will more than likely turn it into a 72hour if it's first offense.
I got it turned into a 72hr ban, but still pretty upset about how quick I was detected. I'm not new to botting, I have used many bots: Glider, pirox, shadow bot, Sgather, lazybot, and honorbuddy in the past. The account I was on was completely clean too, under a new email address and a new IP (I just moved). It was also on a completely new computer. So I don't think there was any trace that I have ever botted before that they could of picked up on.
Really dont use any public profiles. Especially around gatherbuddy. Use RandomBuddy : http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...dombuddy-random-generate-gather-profiles.html Also use LogMeOut + avoidplayers.
In my humble opinion, this is the only thing you had to say. Especially with a public profile that isn't random at all. I'd guess you tripped the LCP detection. If that profile can run it's entire loop in less than an hour (which it probably does) you basically ran the exact same loop twice in 2 hours. That's pretty much a guaranteed ban. The fact that they decreased it to a 72hr ban means that it was likely an "automated ban" meaning some computerized system caught you (IE: LCP). If it was a player report, and a follow-up personal review by a GM watching you, they would not have over turned it, as evidence by other Ban E-mails that state as much. Stay off GB, or at the very least get randombuddy. Furthermore, get something like HBRelog and make sure you are taking frequent AFK breaks and logouts.
I ran a public profile (dumb of me I know) for 2 weeks, 12 hours a day, it had a short route. I didn't got banned. That certainly doesn't explain his ban..
