perra88, Thanks for sharing your success with LazyRaider. Be sure to let the author of your Combat Routine know! Best of luck and let the insanity continue, Bobby53
goldconsumer2013, There aren't any dependencies upon a specific version of DX within any of the BotBases, so the question is whether you can get HB to run with it. You can either try and it and find out, or post in the HonorBuddy Support thread as they deal with DX issues frequently, Bobby53
hey bobby53 and community, i was wondering what exactly im doing wrong? i was in throne of thunder , ROGUE, using latest singular v3 . 111 or something, i think i configured it right, and the latest lazy raider version 2.0.15 , but for some reason , he didnt move by himself when i chose it (MOVE WITHOUT TANK).
Bossbot, Thanks for the post. There isn't a Move Without Tank option in LazyRaider. You can either follow the tank/leader you select, or you manually move at all times. If you attach a log file and I'll look into it for you. Note that there are two forms of movement: - Out of Combat - LazyRaider will follow the tank you select at the range you specify - In Combat - this is handled by the Combat Routine. LazyRaider settings have no effect on this Thanks for the post and good luck with your Rogue, Bobby53
Yes, that is a user setting in LazyRaider's Bot Config window that allows you to keep your focus on the game client window instead of HonorBuddy. If you would rather not have those messages written simply disable the option. -Bobby53
I noticed that it automatically drops my current target. I am a healer and when i try to combat ress someone it just drops the target so I can't ress them. It's really annoying and I would love a solution to this.
chkizo, If you would like support with LazyRaider, *you will need to attach a log file*. In general: - The source of your annoyance is either your configuration or something other than LazyRaider. Click Bot Config and ensure the targeting options are not active. If they are disabled and the target is still cleared, it is some component other than LazyRaider clearing it. - Players (especially Healers) should not be using the Current Target frame to identify friendly players to heal, battle rez, cleanse, etc whether playing manually or with HonorBuddy in a manual assist mode. Use a Mouseover macro when you need to cast something on a friendly, as in: There are other variants, but that will get you started. Thanks for the post and good luck with your healing, -Bobby53
No, not presently. Combat movement is left to the Combat Routine, so it will follow/stay in range of its current target if you have movement enabled. -Bobby53
Thanks for the follow up, but unfortunately that is too vague a statement. Use Framelock is a setting available in each of the following and do not control exactly the same thing: 1 - Settings & Tools - controls system wide Framelock usage imposed by HonorBuddy 2 - Bot Config - controls bot level Framelock wrapped around its logic and calls to Combat Routine behaviors 3 - Class Config - controls Framelock usage within only the Combat Routine in a way that varies routine to routine These are listed in order of precedence. For example, turning off Use Framelock in Bot Config but leaving it on in Settings & Tools would accomplish nothing, so "turn off Framelock" simply does not provide enough info. Since the new version of HonorBuddy attempts to run everything in a framelock, you will likely see lag when in Instances and Raids that have a high number of objects defined in the ObjectManager (which causes HonorBuddy Targeting to have to work on a much larger set of info than normal.) That situation is made worse if other Components likewise iterate through that list. Additionally, some Combat Routines are not written in a manner that they can be run in a framelock. You will here references to them being poorly written, but most likely they are simply trying to do too much for the user within a single timeslice now that HonorBuddy would be taking up so much of it in that situation. There will be a lot of discussion and confusion because of the recent changes to HonorBuddy. To avoid misinformation, posters will need to attach a log (as they should for any question/issue) so it can be clearly communicated what versions they are using and what settings are in effect. That is a well known requirement for posting, so posts not providing a complete log file attached will be deleted to avoid misinformation. Best of luck with your LazyRaiding, -Bobby53
My main question is what is this difference in LazyRaider and the Raidbot botbase that comes with initial dowload of hb?
The difference is available settings. Run Raidbot and click Bot Config. Then run LazyRaider and click Bot Config.
