      When trying to load HB I get the error ?Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item."

      I am the only owner and user of the pc, I tried using the wow launcher, re-installing, running as administrator, moving to a different drive, disabling virus protection and firewall and checking to make sure no settings have changed

      It was fine in the early hours of this morning, now suddenly it won't open.

      enable your antivirus and set an exception for Hb

      Thanks, that did the trick! I have also decided to replace Kaspersky as looking thrugh the forums it does seem to be the cause of a number of issues :)
