      Greetings,

Your account was permanently suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use:
Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

      I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may

      a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

      b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

If you wish to review our current Rules and Policies, they can be found at:

Haha, so now they can scan outside WoW?, I have used HB for 1 week, like 3-4 hours a day top and they "got me", is this bot still not detectable? :) i doubt it sadly. Time to move on.

I am pretty sure blizzard was ruled against in a court room ruling about scanning outside of its own process. You should contact a lawyer and have it looked into.

That's not good, what bots were you running? I thought it was illegal for them to be doing this, at least from what I've read on here it seems that way.

As I understand it, WoW has different rules applied by different localities and country specific laws. In the US, they cannot scan outside their own process. In Europe, various countries may or may not allow such a scan. YMMV.

Its crap and it sucks, they sent same memo to my friend, and wouldn't over rule it :(

Is there a way to change file properties, I tried going and removing properties but it says I dont have permission even though its an admin account, I couldnt even remove it on my super user account. I googled the problem but the internet seems hell bent on only removing properties from music and photos. you dont have to be very smart for that, dont know why there are a thousand sites dedicated to it. anyways shouldnt bossland start taking properties out of the files that help blizzard identify it as hb? like perhaps make it look like internet explorer.

said this months ago already, and people laughed. Stop that nonsense talking about a lawyer.

Its in the tos, you agreed on it, its even in the anti cheat agreement they made. They can and will and are allowed to do so.

If you dont like it, dont play theyre game.

Now u see, once again, that they are doing it.

      Sucks for your loss.

EU Personal Right Laws > EULA Agreements.

So no, it's very difficult to let Blizzard EU to have "rights" to see your windows processes / snap-shot of them in EU. So no, they aren't allowed to do so Webhond, maybe in the US but not in EU.

They can write whatever the hell they want in their TOS. Hell, if they write the TOS in which you accept your obligations to sell them your kidney for the game time - will that be legal too, since you signed it? No matter if it's in the TOS or not, if this PC scanning item of the Agreement is against the law and will be deemed as illegal intrusion into your private life by any court of law in the US or any of the European States, Blizzard will be obliged to discontinue this item on the said territory or face huge fines for failure to comply with legislation and ruling of the court of law. Once again, if you sign the agreement in TOS to sell your organs or sexual abuse of you in order to be allowed to play the game, this doesn't make such TOS legal since you signed it, does it?

To add more here, I am still very very surprised that no hacker has already owned the Blizzard. I mean a good hacker with great knowledge of low level programming and RAM scanning can easily intercept Blizzard's warden scan process, which scans memory and finds out that the user is currently watching his personal interest videos, like animal porn or smth- i.e. something which is of very private nature for him and which might hurt his reputation if disclosed - and than trying to send it back to battle.ent in the report. I mean think about it, if someone managed to prove this and provide the court of law with sufficient evidence of such illegal activity by the Warden, BLizzard would be so much screwed over they would never intercept our RAM (and our private life) again.

Again this crap, same was written over and over again when we discussed this many times before over the last 2 years.

Fact remains, its their game, they are not taking your kidney, its a anti cheat measure and they can and will do it. Legally.

Go type all you want now, it doesn't mean a thing, since you cant stop em from doing so. You really think blizz would call a lawsuit over them
when via a forum, 2 million people could sue em for privacy invading. Lets all hook up and sue em. Lol, plz.. stop it.

Looking at Razer's response as well, im laying low to now, at least for some weeks, to see whats causing this. Im only rbg'ing. But i wont take the risk.

I dont care for the account is not much i lost, i am more concerned about the botting future in WoW, if will it be available again and also about the "Project Titan" if they can do that now and theres no workaround we can look at the sad end of botting for blizzard games wich momentarely has the potential on brining big sums of money to your pockets =/.
