My first time banned or suspended

1 I was using Honorbuddy
2 I was using the latest release not the beta
3 I was using it 10 minutes ago october/30/2013 11:28 pm east coast
4 I was using Tuanha's special edition monk healing profile
5 I was using a monk
6 no plugins were on and none could be active
7 I only bot using lazyraider during raids
8 I supervise it 100% of the time
9 115 auctions 2-3 days a week all self farmed
10 I didnt use any other bots hacks or mods
11 my account wasnt involved in gold selling
12 U.S. realm
13 its an actual paid account
14 ive had this account 6 years without any bans, but I felt a little uneasy today after reading about the guy getting banned from blizz reading his ram, I should have listened to my feelings.

Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")


This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.


Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

I would like to restate that I was only using lazyraider with no plugins, I know the letter says "hacks" but I can assure you that isnt the case.

 

so is this bot detected now? I read earlier that they are reading ram, is hb doing something to change the way it looks in ram?

 

4 people so far that I have seen in the span of 10 minutes getting the same email. I think we are fucked.

Theories are everywhere. And I hate your avatar picture. I mean, I think it's very clever but my OCD makes me hate it.

Anyhow, Idk if the bot is detected but a lot of people has been getting "Hacks" bans even when only raiding so... something tells me that Combat Routines are triggering some flags.

 

Could be the quick interrupts etc.

 

I wasnt interupting, I was a healing monk with no interupts turned on and no dispels turned on, I did that stuff manually.

 

Did you used only lazyraider on this account for last week, may be you used something else ?

 

I also used tyreal with a lock but no interupts only manual ones.

 

I find it illogical that raiders are getting banned, just makes no sense

 

so should I appeal or will that make it worse?

 

I opened a ticket. If they review it and turn it into permaban , so be it. I got other accounts lined up waiting to get subbed.
