I am sure Titan will be a paid to play game just like WoW is but I am sure that boss team will not be able to create a working bot. We are looking at WoW which is years old the game engine came out in 2000 even before wow was released. If this titan becomes a massive mmo game I am sure blizzard is going to try and keep bots away. Also with that in mind bossland could create a bot for it but it will never be as good as HB due to the fact its taken them years to get it running right for a game that is 8 years old.

P.S jokersmocker99 learn to program my dear friend and you will make a lot more then what you ever could in WoW Currency. The World Wide Web is a gold mine for programmers 3 months to build you're software then you could do nothing too it ever again and still have a income from it, I still get income from software I created 2 years ago haha.

hahaha inocent... Blizzard, Ncsoft, gameforge, all... alll LOVES bots, without bots never survive more than a year, Titan will come with a Real shop cash, like Diablo, they have millions of $ thanks to bots, they will never finish botting, just think on it, Bossland can be awesome developers, but blizzard the biggest (or one of them) industry of videogames, you think they dont have people with enough knowledges to stop it after 8 years of game? of course, but its better hotfixes and make some banhammers to shut up the normal players, and to come heros, but leave the rest of 85% botters, because its more money for them at the end, and this is the point of all bussiness of the world, make money

Of course, botters keep virtual currency alive but blizzard have basically stopped botting in diablo, no they have not banned everyone but they have removed the point of botting which is one to making money with there own ingame currency for diablo, no AH = no income. My friends was making 10k a month from Diablo AH but now nothing. Look at it this way with the way the bans are happening now they are just targeting randoms that they knew was botting and telling them to go buy another copy of WoW.

" We hate you botters but you are needed so we will ban a whole bunch and make you buy more " That there is just too annoy the hell out of the botters and make them pay more. This is what I seen why they had picked the dev guys and banned all there accounts. I dont know how they targeted them no one knows but if they can do that then they can wipe hb out in a press of a button.

I will now say this " All I can say is BOT as if you would be PLAYING the account itself, The Best Botting Advice "

so could you use Resource Hacker to rename details call it some other name ie office or maybe a mp3 player and be done with it. then if they did scan/snap shot your processors then it would say something other than honnbuddy.

Thanks for that Artub, but dont forget they dont scan only CPU processes, they scan the RAM, and each software has its own unique code (like DM5) , i am pretty sure they look for that. I dont know if its possible to hide that in the RAM, eventually running the software in a virtual machine that way they read the VM, i am not sure about it i am still doing researches. I am sure that blizzard is not looking for a simple name friend. Lets be honest they have the best engineers there, are they really blind that 10 mb code is running alongside with their game, i think that they know you bot, they just let u do it for a time.......

This, exactly. I am pretty sure we co-exist with Blizzard in mutual beneficial terms. They silently turn a blind eye on our bots in exchange for our sub payments. We on the other hand profit from bots, pay for sub, keep the economy alive. Once they decide that this bot has earned enough gold for its owner, they shut down the account, and we buy a new copy. That's something of a silent subtle agreement between Blizzard on the one hand and botters on the other.

Well, I've read all of this and many other topics, and many people say how helpless we are against Blizzard.
I do not agree with the "blizzard lets you bot for some time, gain enough money to keep botting again" thought.

Because there are ban reports coming from level 15 people and such. Some bans are really really hasty.

That being said, their ability to scan my processes are really a huge attack to my privacy. But what can you do?
I have 2 more accounts leveling now, if they also get banned, I'm out.
F**k this, let's admit they won.

They can't. Full stop. We are talking serious legal issue if they do. No business is that stupid. They dabbled with the idea a few years back then realised the legal problems that would occur.

I received the exact same email on appeal on several accounts.

Your account was permanently suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use:
      http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/legal/wow_tou.html

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

      I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may

      a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

      b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

If you wish to review our current Rules and Policies, they can be found at:

I am in EU so this goes against the rubbish posts I've seen that this is only a US thing.

Honestly? It all makes sense if they do, I know majority of the tricks around not getting banned, I called LCP detection of some sort when it came out and I was laughed at then, I knew something was up earlier this year when it was
implemented and I lost over 20 farming accounts after doing everything by the book, so I'm going to call this right now on some sort of scanning that they do, even if it is minor type snapshots, anyone who believes they don't are fooling themselves.

My 2 pence as a veteran wow botter since glider.

Then there's this question left: Why do they let some people bot more than other people?

u wont do nothing, since they are doing this for some time, and you still didnt do a thing.

You wont do a thing either, stop defending it, its happening. And its legal.

I can't do anything because there is no evidence that they scan my ram outsite of the wow process. If all my accts got banned and they sent me an email saying they scanned my ram, I would give that email to my dad and sue them for breaching my privacy without permission from a court order. No matter what they put in their eula they can't take your right to privacy away from you.

I have an account that I started playing in 2005. Been botting on it since 2005. Used the account on 4 different bots since 2005. Still bot on it daily. Not one temp or perm suspension on it.

Why am I not banned by now? I don't know
