Need help

So i posted a thread yesterday with honorbuddy saying it didnt have permission to access the appropriate files but it closed the thread before i could respond and ask how i could do certain things. someone said to restart the av file and someone else said make sure the xml files are shut. how do i do both of those things to fix my hb. here is the log again too

 

this problem started right after i updated. and i cant even get into the bot to update it if i wanted to. the program doesnt op

 

so you think i should delete honorbuddy and reinstall it?

All of a sudden today im having the same problem again. like out of no where. i deleted it and reinstalled and it continues to happen

couldnt post log cuz the file was too big. thats the end of the log, its as much as i could give you

 

dont do that. if its too big then zip the log before uploading.

i dont have that particular log. i accidentally deleted it with honorbuddy. and i dont even have anymore logs because honorbuddy doesnt even run. it just says you dont have permission to access this file. then it closes. i have deleted it and re installed but nothing works and im getting quite frustrated

 

May be it's still in your waste bin and you can restore it?

 

i checked and i dont. sorry. any other ideas?

Delete your Logfile folder. Start HB again and wait for the bug to show up again.
Then attach your logfile here. I am sorry but we can only give you support if you attach a valid logfile.

 

I dont know how to get it to show me a log. i cant even find the log folder which is usually in the same folder as honorbuddy. idk if it wont make the folder because it cant start honorbuddy or what. but i cant get a log. i cant even open the program for it to fail

 

ok so here is all i can give you. i can download the zip file for honorbuddy but i guess maybe i cant install it. maybe thats the issue i dont have the actual program
