BANNED 11/03/13 - Just had suspension expire last night

So my 72 hour suspension was lifted about 17 hours ago (from this post), I logged in about 3 hours ago and ran the first wing of SoO in LFR. Finished the wing, got 2 pieces of gear queued for the next wing. Disconnected & Banned - See info below - Very Interesting

My 72h is to be lifted this evening on 2 accounts.... now I'm worried ! Sorry for your loss though too :/

 

IDK just be cautious , my questing account is still going fine , been botting 13-16 hours with a 2-3 hour randomized break. No whisperes or disconnects. This one has me stumped.

 

Same I just bought 3 accounts for the 9$ up to cata deal blizz had going on I'm using quest bot on them now for shits and gigs seeing if I can catch anything Also just have hb up in the background on one computer but not attached going to keep it from going afk and logging out for long as possible see if it gets the ban as well since it would prove a few things that've been bugging me

 

Some of the common things people will tell you about your ban:

1- It was a delayed ban since the time you botted in cataclysm

2- You used gatherbuddy for 2 minutes and got reported 25 times and you're not telling us

3- Your CR interrupted something too fast

4- Everyone in the raid noticed you were botting and reported you

5- OMG DEI ZCANND YER RAM

What I believe: Honorbuddy is broken

Just kidding, they scanned your RAM

Just kidding again, no one knows whats going on

 

Personally I think they flagged your account with you being banned for botting recently took a snap shot of your processes and banned you. But of course this is all guess work on my part.

 

.exe was renamed. Description changed and copyright info deleted

 

I really hope we can get this figured out soon. I'm expected to top meters at this point. Not that I wouldn't be able to otherwise, but I'm almost out of practice from just toggling and targeting while watching mechanics lol.

 

That's the kind of report that proves that you don't need to be reported to fall for using Combat Routines, it's kind of hard being reported on the first run you do in a universe of 24 players, there's something else watching over us.

 

On the upside, If you switch your OS to WINDOWS VISTA, I can promise you 100% HB will be undectectable, I recommend switching to WINDOWS VISTA asap, if your going to be using HB and dont wanna be detected.

Well that does seem odd then if everything you have told us is true. However I still do believe they were watching/flagged you due to be banned already.

 

I am sure they were watching. This is why I just loaded up LazyRaider and did SoO with Bullseye CR with CTM Disabled and Interupts Disabled. Really clueless about what they think they saw. I've submitted 3 appeals so far , each answer the same. Not giving up!

 

I feel sorry for your loss.. However I do have some questions for you

Nope. Not even in the e-Mail address.

UPDATE: 11/04/13 - Appeal denied, again. Submitted one last attempt through e-Mail since the ticket system exceeded my character limit lol

update# 2: 11/05/13 - Received my lengthy response via e-Mail, will not post the e-Mail as it's not a standard formatted e-Mail. They apologized for their mistake and unbanned the account in short. Basically my final attempt I e-Mailed them directly instead of doing a ticket because I couldn't fit it all in 1 ticket, ranted on and on about how I felt I was being singled out for screwing up (before the 72hr suspension) and violating the ToS, argued that I paid my due and suffered my punishment already blah blah blah.

 

Unbanned and even got an apology!
