i looked at it, the script itself is safe, (not that i can approve it for the site, not my job) it appears to just automate what the addons do. i can't read what he wrote though... it's like it's in another language or something....

lol i see people standing there now on my server, 3 people right on top of one another with the ah npc targeted. i guess im not gonna use this for now lol as long as you have to stand there in that particular spot

 

People have been parking AH alts there for a long time. Since it's the only spot in the game where you have access to both a mailbox and the Auctioneer at the same location.
