Big question , Why do you use bot for everything????

So , Before you start bashing READ.


Now i havent been here for long but some people on this forum use the bot for Everything , they gather , they raid , they dungeon ,they farm etc etc with the bot they never play the game so the question is why even botting?

For me i only use the bot to skip the boring parts of game wich is lvling/farming honor/profession to max (600atm)

But the more i look into it some people really do nothing but start the bot when they wanna "play", so the question is how many botters bot EVERYTHING and why?

Cause the game is boring as shit, after you've seen everything new after a new xpansion/patch. I don't want to do stuff manually, i did million times before in the last ~8 years.

 

Ive played since the beta of wow when max lvl was 50 , if the game is boring as shit why play it why even pay them for subscriptions and bot ? timewaste if u ask me or am i thinking in wrong patterns here?

 

well making real Money is valid if people do that then there is a reason yea but "the game is shit" why waste time

please understand people im not passing judgement on anyone i just wanna understand so when i get in those patterns ill delete Everything instead of goin in circles =)

 

i'm still selling gold, so if i pay the subs anyway than i can also play from time to time. Otherwise you're right, it would be stupid.

 

I bot everything because I have a physical handicap with my vision. So I can't catch procs, I can't use my eyes to see everything on the screen like most healthy people can. I used to play manually, but then my eyes started giving out on me, and I looked for alternative ways to help me play WoW.

I don't sell gold, I don't play for real money, I play because it's all I have to do. As I said, I'm handicapped, so I don't have a real social life, I don't go out and do sports and physical activities, I don't drive, I don't do much of anything except sit inside and look forward to going out when I can find a ride, which is rare.

So yes, I agree, the game has gotten really boring and I've given it up a few times, but I always come back when I can't stand watching TV anymore and I need some sort of social outlet. That's pretty much why I play, and bot.

 

I bot everything because I'm bored of the game. Honorbuddy makes the game fun again. You can sit here and say "then why play?" because, I enjoy using honorbuddy to play the game. If you're going to cry then you shouldn't even be on these forums.

 

The simplest answer is because they can.

I don't have any handicaps but my wife has MS and can't raid with the friends she has made over the years without HB. When your hands are fucked up it makes it hard to press buttons and mouse click.

But to answer your original question again. People that bot everything do it because they can.

 

No lol this isnt about Crying wrote that many times Before i use the bot myself but dont get the Point of botting without playing ^^

 

Personally they monotonized this game too much to enjoy it as well as I used to. I use it for nearly all aspects in some respect, but not completely bot dependent. For example in raids I let it do complex or emergency healing maneuvers, while I hold the reins for most of the fight unless it interrupts me. Gathering, Archaeology, Fishing, Farming, are all extremely boring, and I will trade off with the bot.

For people that want to do everything, it's probably for the same reason achievements exist. Why do you want them when they really don't mean anything? It's a game, and cheating while not getting caught is fun.

 

I bot everything, because I want be the best on everything

I bot Gold/farming because I want to have more gold than anyone and more strange expensive mounts/items than anyone
I bot BG because I want have the last PvP Gear
I Bot arenas because I want dancing steel red enchant and seems pro
I bot Pve because I want be the first on dps

Sorry WoW years left to amuse me, what I enjoy now is to have more than anyone else, doing less than all of them, and that is only possible with honorbuddy

asking for what people use it for in specific, you might aswell go read on the salespage what the bot contains, since some plays pvp, some don't.. some raids with it, others don't.. etc.

 

Humans are lazy .. that's why ;-)

 

I hate world of Warcraft. My main account has been inactive for 6 months or so now. Game is so boring.
But, i know alot about it. Makes botting it on 12 accounts and making gold and selling gold a good income.

75% of people use this bot to make gold and sell the gold.
25% use it personally
of course those numbers are made up, but im sure its close to accurate.

 

I don't want to get carpal tunnel from running LFR and Flex on every toon every week, because I don't care about the people I LFR and Flex with at all.

 

Ive been using the bot, simply because i get excited to see how much the bot is capable of.

Ive been sitting behind the computer and stared at the bot do the work for hours, and it amaze me how it works!

Ive been trying out the bot for levling and grinding and combat routines. And i guess i just get hypnotized by how much the bot is capable of ( as im very new to it all)

I play the game mainly for arenas, as my arena boosts is where i get the income to make a living from (my job) But that i do by hand, and i earn ALOT more from it then i would do in the gold buisniess.


Im an arena junkie, and thats the only part of the game where i have fun. If i would not be so lucky as i am by getting gold from viewers, i assume i would been using the bot to farm gold for enchants/gems.

 

What's the point in buying game automation software, if you're not gonna automate the game?

 

I don't play the game at all. I bot for $$$$. I play Dota for fun
