Wow is all about the endgame, so no idea why questing over things like DungeonBuddy would be put on the priority list. To tell someone who purchased your product that DB is just a 'side project' is lame. We pay money to expect something to work, if you have literally only one person who can do two important tasks...YOU HIRE ANOTHER. This is getting utterly ridiculous and you don't let others in to create mods for DB or scripts for that matter. I see it on the DB thread all the time, people saying they'd create them if you just allow them the ability to due so. Highvoltz answer is weak and a prime example of piss-poor customer service. Get your act together.

Excuse me if I am wrong, but the purchase page as of today says "All bot modes supported" And if it ships with HB With no option to not have it would it not be a "Stock/default/official/non-optional" Bot base? You may say it's a side project, but I believe the way that I and many others see it is that it's a default bot base that comes with the bot.

If you bought a car with a parking assist feature that was built into it and it was half-assed working would you not complain? Even if they say it's supported by a 3rd party company. If it comes with what you purchased and you can not opt out of it then is it not considered a stock item? I think that if you guys want to get away with saying we don't want anything to do with it, then you need to give us the option to not install it when we download/update the bot.

Bitch, moan, and complain all you want, but dungeonbuddy is on the backburner right now.
Keep in mind that since our bans we do not have characters to run max level raids.
