Hey Joe, Ive encountered some ingame bugs lately where a mob is blue ingame, but seen as a mob... The bot goes nuts on these mobs. Is there a way you can program a safety in, where if the bot tries to attack and doesnt do so for say 20 sec, it uses an area attack on that mob or blacklists it (ie take another mob pack)? I get the same frame rate snagging with PureSWTor. Setting swtor's priority to realtime helped a bit.
Is this with DoRandomGrind on, and where did you start it (i.e. was it in a Mob-Rich area, if DRG)? IsFriendly and IsHostile get just a bit flakey sometimes.... will see what I can do on a blacklist on pull. Joe
How many cores/threads on the CPU - with BW you need at LEAST a 1-Core, 2-Thread CPU - let me know. Joe
Ok, sorry on that - seems to be a targeting issue in BW. I updated the LoadVars code to blacklist the target (in both my blacklist, and BW's 'Kill Blacklist') as well as drop it if not Hostile, Friendly, or Neutral (in theory I'm guessing that shouldn't be possible, but that's what's happening). Download the latest, and let me know if you're still having an issue with it. Thanks Joe
Actually its not a BW problem but SWTOR. BW sees them correctly as attackable NPC's, but SWTOR says they are not. When im manually playing i cant fire off an attack, only run into the pack or use area attack on them. If you engage them by running in or via Area attack they become red and then BW acts correctly with the routine... I will see if it occurs again on the same location and try old vs new build of your routine. Thanks for the quick response like Always!
I've been seing this too, the part where supposedly attackable NPC's aren't attackable, unless as Cryogenesis says, you use AOE on them, I don't remember having this issue before.
Ah yeah thaaaat bug, ROFL, yeah seen that (red at first, then can't attack the damn thing). You'd think they have fixed that by now.... Good times. May need to update even further - lemme know Joe
I feel like I should know the answer to my own problem here, but.... When I start the bot with a Sith Inquisitor, it just stands there. Is there maybe something i'm not doing right, could it be the profile i'm using?
2 improvements I can see to add would be. From time to time, their is other players attacking mobs where the grind spots are for me, could you program it in so the bot does not attack mobs being attacked by other players? as this wastes time. Also could yo make it when your toon uses the recover health ability the bot does not stop the ability until your companion is at full health, and if the companion is dead the toon revives the companion
Metrienne Revised 1-10 Korriban the bot walks to the target but stands there. It may be my tweaks to the pull distance.
I'm thinking it might be the spec, try the latest and lemme know. Where you have NO SPEC or a hybrid with two-or-more trees having equal points, the SpecHandler will now return the first of the two (or three) - previously it would return none, and per my testing the bot would just sit there when that happens (don't ask me why - not sure if something in the CC or what, but with spec returned it doesn't seem to call OOC or the Combat Routine, period, when the SkillTree is null/empty - think I fixed that). Ever since the 11/13/2013 update I have had a huge number of issues with the bot when dealing with the "blue" bugged mobs and even just regular mobs in general. It will clear target over and over gain until death, while spamming this in the logs: Code: [17:45:55.220 N] [JoesCombat] Vendor/'Friendly' targeted, blacklisting. [17:45:55.233 N] [JoesCombat] TargetInCombat: Null Target. [17:45:55.443 N] [JoesCombat] Vendor/'Friendly' targeted, blacklisting. [17:45:55.459 N] [JoesCombat] TargetInCombat: Null Target. Before when the bot ran into the blue mobs it would ignore them until they attacked and turned red, then it would kill them. Now it just clears target over and over dying everytime it sees them. Any chance you can revert those changes? I am on a Sith marauder if that helps. Thank you, Jon
