So I've been out of WoW and botting for year or so and now coming back. How is Blizzard dealing with botters these days and what should I avoid? How is BG botting and gathering?

You should not bot on an account you're not willing to lose. It's never safe dude.

47 posts. Yep, your an expect on a banwave.

+10 in a day = a banwave. I remember back in diablo 2 with Chest hack and pendlebot. THOSE were ban waves.

300,000+ account banned. THAT was a banwave

You dont have a clue how it works now do you. Yet another retarded answer on a legitimate question.

Blizzards doesnt care to much about botters no more. The community is getting used to them as well. In every bg the
bots are spotted in a heartbeat, some are even using them in their advantage. Like in wsg, get a tank and 2 healers and
round em up in the middle since whenever they see you they will tunnel you. most of the times more then half of the bg is
busy in the middle then while the rest finishes up.

Bots are not bad for blizzard. We feed the economy, they do know and do see that. I believe, strongly believe, that whenever
you get reported, its by player reports, since thats what blizzard is relying on. People are claiming to not have done stuff, that
you get banned by running 5 k auctions in ah but i think if people where honest instead of trying to hide what they did, like maybe
speedhacking or botting 24/7 for weeks, the ban section would give a much better view of what is causing the bans. If you check
underminejournal.com you will see that theres a shitload of people running 5 k + auctions a day, and most is automated. You can
see that by some of the retarded 500 k prices on shit items, i mean, really shit items. So no, auctions.. no way.

Imo, getting banned means gathering 24/7. Especially when on same profiles like millions of others are using. But gathering non stop
will get you reported. If its not by legitimate players then it deffo will be by fellow botters. How many times in the past i got wispered,
and when i follow him around, one thing is for sure, he is botting himself. Its destroying competition. Thats how rotten this comm is.
Second of all, bg buddy. If something gets you reported, then that will be it. Within 10 secs after the start of a bg its clear to 90 % who is
a bot and whos not. Try and look at the start movement in EVERY bg. Go do it, watch it for 10 secs and tell me if you dont see it.
People see it as well, and some might as well take the time to click and report you.

Thats what blizzard wants, player reports, with enough, they will investigate since they have to. Dont believe they spend lots to stop
this bot, cause a company like blizz could stop this bot if they really wanted to. Scriptkiddies in a basement, no offense to the crew, dont
outsmart blizzards programmers. And that courtcase, its all A BIG BUBBLE. Business wise, both sides are the best thing to do.

So many people are botting, they will lose a shitload if they ban the bot, they would lose even more cause people are lazy as fuck, and
prices in ah will skyrocket, and no one can buy shit, which will result in people buying gold again. Gold sellers will find diff methods, like they
did with duping. Another bot will arise, no, i think blizz found one way in this aged game. If you cant stop em, make use of em, and thats what they
do now. Its a company as well, so showing you care, to stockholders, business partners, and the whole gaming community by having a 1 million
dollar courtcase will do em more good then the million dollars will cause em a loss.

Bot smart, dont get attention on your ass and for all, when your not botting, aka only bot while rbg, raid or whatever, act nice. Dont be a dick.
People will see you, notice you, and tend to get @ you faster.

For the "banwaves" , there is none, or there would be thousands. I believe they look at reports once in a "... " and then "mass ban" a few. So it looks
like 200 people are getting banned at the same time, but they have been reported multiple times over the course of 2 -3 -4 weeks for example.

And for those claiming now, im running bg buddy 24/7 for 200 weeks, and gathering on 236 accounts for 1 year and no ban. Plz gtfo. for one i dont believe it
and 2, you might not have been banned now, maybe lucky, but when that banhammer hits you, its most likely one of these 2 that got you banned.
