Hi there, I just bought the Honorbuddy 3 day trial but when I try and open up the program and input my key it is telling me "Authentication Failed". I've attached a log below.

EDIT: I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling HonorBuddy and I've tried resetting my hosts file to no avail. :(

that means you've NEVER been able to connect to the auth server with that key.

are you sure your host file is clean and reset, and your home router has port 5031 open and your software firewall solution has honorbuddy allowed?

Yeah, this is my first time connecting. I'm sure about the hosts file and my firewall but I'm on my university's ethernet connection and I can't open and close ports.
