Leveling from 1 to 90?

Wanted to roll a couple alts, but whats the best way for a solo char to level from 1 to 90 now?

Looks like the quest scripts are well out of date, and surely theres a better way than just grinding mobs?

Are kick's and cava's not good for you? These are what everyone uses and they work just fine. I think is is what you are asking for?

Cava works ok, kicks work ok. i use Cava to 70 and than kicks the rest.

Hope you found what you seek. But, could you link us these "outdated 1-60 questing packs". The forum mods need to archive things that no longer work.
