Hey Buddies At the moment I am botting wow, but am looking to expand to other games as wow is very ban heavy. I was wondering how long this bot is in development, and how profitable botting PoE is. If anyone can answer my questions, it would be much appreciated. Happy botting!
compared to PoE, WoW is a paradise ban wise. Np edit: This is by no means a Bot-Dev-Failure. GGG is just a thousand times more creative and aggressive to keep the number of botters low than blizzard ever was.
Randomstraw its not that they are creative really , think about it . In the case of WoW you pay for montly subscription + the cost to setup a gaming account , if they banned the botters too frequently they d simply loose interest , instead , they are doing their not-so-often large banwaves and let the botters pay for montly subs . In the case of POE , they gain no benefit from leaving botting accounts "alive" thus they simply ban them . If blizz wanted they would ban most of the botters out there believe it or not
If you think he is wrong about Blizzard not banning out of economic/business interest of the company you are not very into real life stuff I guess
I started the bot on Friday and I have gone 1-50 with a Marauder with Casual botting / hand playing! I have also used it to grind my main account as a test. So far it is summoner and Marauder friendly! As far as profitability your gonna have to hustle ingame items hard as there is no currency other than various orb types! Chaos and Exlated orbs are the main form of orb currency for buying gear. I would assume maybe 5-7 accounts with a couple mules. There has been significant banning issues with this bot.
I would not recommend using Exilebuddy at the moment. A lot of people get almost insta-flagged (including me). If you want to test it, I'd advice using a brand new account to see if you have flagging issues. If wow is too much heat for you than poe is not for you imo.
There are also people such as myself who have been botting nearly non-stop for weeks without any kind of account flagging. I don't know how to explain it but the only thing I can possibly think of is GGG is selectively leaving certain accounts alone so we have no way of knowing what is actually triggering these flags. I'm not even trying to be inconspicuous anymore, literally 24/7 library botting. Every now and then I'll bot a map but that's about it.
