I am having a problem with Honorbuddy where I have to start it fresh every time i gain focus on wow whether it is clicking on it, accidentally closing something and gaining focus, or even minimizing honorbuddy to the bottom right task area. If any of those happen i must close Honorbuddy and reopen it. Also with the last 3 updates Honorbuddy has been excruciatingly slow to close to the point of having to force quit every now and then because it seems like it has hung (this is a new problem which wasn't around for the other problem) Here are some details: Windows 8.1, using launcher to run in 32bit Tried wow in DX11 and 9 running in windowed (fullscreen), and regular windowed mode I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, even used revo uninstaller and deleted the remaining files. Any idea what may be causing it or what i could try changing to fix it? I have uploaded my logs folder compressed in a zip file for you to gander at: View attachment Logs.zip
before anyone else says it to you always post alog with your Problems make a lot easyier to sort it out , without a log noone can see whats happening , Happy botting
Sorry about that I was trying to attach it to the message as you posted but the files were over 2mb each so i zipped it in the end, forgot to initially and realised it moments later which I was trying to correct in an edit but took a lot longer than i thought it would due to file size problems.
I don't see how that is possible considering I zipped the entire logs folder that was inside the Honorbuddy folder. Just to be encompassing, the logs provided are from the 4th install, I have retrieved my 3 previous installs from the trash and will be including their entire log folders, and will be including anything that may have been logged by the 4th install between this threads start and now. So hopefully we can find what you are looking for. If there is somewhere else I should be sourcing them from besides the Honorbuddy folder detailed in the Logs guide (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...-how-attach-your-hb-db-log-file-pictures.html) then please feel free to correct my mistake. what we need from you is the single log that shows the problem in description dont upload the whole folder
After trying numerous times, I have failed to create a log file after reproducing the problem. My exact steps are: 1)Log into wow character 2)start honorbuddy (during this it takes wow out of focus by focusing on the HB program) 3)load levelling profile 4)Run the profile 5)wait x amount of time (any duration) 6)Click on WOW 7)Bot stops performing actions, whether it is in the middle of something or not 8)attempt to get the bot to resume by defocusing wow & waiting At this stage it doesn't resume and I end up having to close HB completely as hitting stop then start again doesn't work and I have to re open HB to get it to work again. Lately I have had to force quit HB due to it not shutting down properly, but the problem was around before this started, this problem also has caused the program to take an extensive amount of time to respond to actions eg 5 minutes just to stop when the button was pressed. Is there any way I can get a log to be produced

Another Log Sure thing, here is a even more recent log compared to the handful of recent logs in zip file I have previously posted. View attachment 3756 2013-12-17 18.08.txt My most recent log where I was running one of brodies plugins to do dailies, as compared to the questing going on in the other logs which was a questing profile by kick.
I created a new character, cleared all 3 caches, and switched to dx9 and it seems to be working now when I switch focus onto WOW (before just clicking on the game would make the bot stop, now i can go into bags and other screens and it still keeps running). I can even stop and resume the both without having to close out the HB program and reopen it now. I will keep you updated on the response time of HB when closing and starting and stopping: so far it seems to have a delay when hitting stop, about 15 seconds before it actually stops and the button changes back to start.
