I've replied to that thread. It is Honorbuddy that has the issue. Nothing wrong with my combat routine.

AOE Works fine for me - using the special version. Mind sear the crap out of multimobs in SOO no problemo.

 

Is they a massive difference from the free version to the paid one?

I'm having big mana issues on Garrosh fight at the moment and only pulling 200k dps...

Any ideas?

Not intersted in a paid routine as i like to raid my spriest by hand mostly, today though I tried this free routine since tuesday farm bosses is boring as hell and i found a couple basic mistakes for a spriest routine like using a DI proc when 3 orbs are already up or the routine not stealing SW: D from mobs that are not your target(the multidot is working fine though)....if intentional for being a free routine then this is pretty dumb IMO...in my experience this routine won't give you great results... at least not on 570+ ilvl.

 

Hey - The rotation differs between the 2 routines. Not intentional that the free version has minor issues, but this is what the finer tuning process involves which goes into the 'other' routine.

Absolutely not. From the outset, both routines had the exact same base rotation for DPS - what I deemed was a good, solid rotation.

After time, as more people use something and bugs are found and reported, rotations are changed. The public version may not be optimal for end game heroic/top 100 guild standard, but it's still performing a good rotation, exceeding the standard of an average player.

 

Not here to bash the developer or anything, i appreciate what he has done even the way he did, i just posted because i thought weird that the options have things like miliseconds to refresh ur dots but overlook core rotation stuff, i needed to make sure it was intentional... i guess he needs to cut things in order to have a better paid routine... just spent like 10mins trying to figure ways he could make the paid version better without butchering the dps but didnt came up with anything so i guess its a necessary evil in order to guarantee the paycheck, nothing wrong with that. just be aware this wont push ur toon to its limits... proper hand playing will out dps the free routine.

- Will no longer silence non-mana users (i.e. Hunters).
- Slightly increased the priority of Devouring Plague.
- Changes to Mind Blast to prevent casting Mind Flay when < 0.5s remaining on the cooldown.

 

i just got it and tried today had not used in awhile and for some reason it will not cast mind flay as filler only cast it during devo plague it just sits and waits till redot i am kinda new so might just be something i dont know to fix

here is that log i think i used on dummy for a bit to make sure it was still doing it and it did it only uses mind flay during insanity
